After arriving at Bangkok International Airport, be met by your driver and enjoy a coach transfer to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Perhaps you could indulge with a traditional Thai Massage, surprise your taste buds with the amazing local flavours and cap off the day by enjoying the sunset in any of the stylish rooftop bars which have blossomed in the city’s skyscrapers in recent years… the options are limitless. On this night, you will enjoy a complimentary welcome dinner at your hotel.

Day 2: Bangkok (Breakfast Included)
Enjoy a full day at leisure to discover Bangkok on your own or to take one of the many optional excursions available on the spot. For those who have never been to Bangkok, we suggest a half day tour of the most popular Buddhist temple and Landmark in the city of angels (optional, not included). The Royal Grand Palace, a great architectural masterpiece of several buildings from the outside and a magical inside was used as a royal residence from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. It is without any doubt a national reference and possibly the most visited royal monument of Thailand, and it shouldn’t be missed. The building houses the "Wat Phra Kaew", Bangkok's most sacred temple, in which is located the famous Emerald Buddha.

Enjoy a full day at leisure to discover Bangkok on your own or to take one of the many optional excursions available on the spot. For those who want to go shopping, this day would naturally include Bangkok’s main shopping districts of Siam Square and Pratunam, where bargains are available everywhere. Alternatively, you can join us for an optional full day tour to the unique floating markets at Floating Market and Railway Market for an insight into Thai culture and traditions. In the morning you’ll have an exciting long tail boat ride along the nearby canals to the site of the market, where you will find the locals selling everything possibly imaginable from their boats. Plenty of shopping bargains to be found. On the way to our next stop, see the natural monkeys in the Conservation Mangrove Centre which we drive through. Arrive to Don Hoi Lot, where lunch will be served at a Seafood Restaurant. Continue to Maeklong Railway Market, or “Talad Rom Hoop” in Thai. Upon arrival, the guide will introduce you to the history of the area. See the action in several minutes before the train is due to pass through the market. The process happens so quick it will amaze you for this unique moment. Transfer back to Bangkok (full Day Tour Floating Market and Railway Market is optional and not included).

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and transfer to Ko Samet by road and ferry. Check-in at your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in hotel in Ko Samet.
Transfer Details: Pick up at the hotel in Bangkok at 09.00hrs for a transfer to Rayong Ban Phe pier. Arrive at approx. 13.00hrs and register at Resort’s desk before taking the shuttle boat to resort. Arrive at the resort at approx. 14.15hrs depending on weather and local condition on that day.
Important Note: Due to the new regulations at the Royal Forest Department, all guests will have to pay for National Park Fees (THB 200 per person) directly at the hotel’s Front Office upon check-in. Guest must carry a receipt/ticket with them at all time to avoid a double charge from Royal Forest Department staff.
Overnight in Ko Samet.
Enjoy time at leisure to relax by the pool or at the beach. Ko Samet is the place where you can live a perfectly lazy vacation doing very little except strolling on the warm sand or enjoying water sports. Alternatively, a full range of activities are available right on the doorstep of your resort from diving and snorkelling, to water skis and kayaking, to parasailing and exotic sea fishing. Speedboat tours and excursions to discover Samet’s more remote beaches and nearby islands are also an option (all the activities on Samet are optional and they are not included).

Day 8: Ko Samet - Departure (unless extending trip longer) (Breakfast Included)
Feast on a reinvigorating breakfast and enjoy time at leisure until you are transferred back to Bangkok Airport for onward travel home.
