The ground floor restaurant welcomes you with a large open fireplace and a lively kitchen that extends into the restaurant. On the 18th floor guests can eat and drink in a lush garden with stunning views of Lake Malaren.

The Steam Hotel are creating a unique, world-class spa that is bound to impress (surcharge for entry). Old turbines will once again create new energy to power the large steam spa that is built from natural materials.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Are not included.

Distance from Stockholm Airport to Steam Hotel: 1 hour 10 minutes / 100km.

Airport info: for arrivals to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, there are two coach companies operating direct coaches to Västerås. There are direct flight from Stansted airport to Stockholm Västerås Airport operating flights 4 times a week.

Nettbuss Bus4You runs non-stop from Stockholm Arlanda to Västerås and continues to Örebro and Karlstad. There is free Wi-Fi and an electrical outlet at every seat. You can purchase tickets on Nettbuss’ website, using their app for iPhone or Android, at Swedavia’s information desks, at travel agents and in automated ticket machines in Terminal 2 (after the security checkpoint), Terminal 4 (before the security checkpoint) and Terminal 5 (both before and after the checkpoint).

Swebus airport service
Swebus’ route 866 serves the route Stockholm Arlanda–Enköping–Västerås–Örebro with service every hour for large parts of the day. Swebus stops at all terminals at Stockholm Arlanda.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
