You will be met at Jeddah airport where a guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel.
DAY 2: JEDDAH - CITY TOUR
Start your morning with a visit to the Tayebat Museum to discover the long and cosmopolitan past of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and the wider Arabian Peninsula. Learn of its traditional architecture and 2500 years of history and heritage.
Before moving on to the next tour, have lunch at one of the city's local restaurants (not included). In the afternoon, you will visit the city and its most famous monuments; the world's tallest flagpole, the world's tallest fountain, the open air museum, and the waterfront, where you can enjoy a walk on the beach.
Next, visit Al Balad, the historic city of Jeddah founded in the 7th century! Discover the country through the diversity and richness of its culture, food and people, and visit its preserved old buildings with their unique windows and doors, some of which were built with shells and stones. Stop to rest in one of the local cafes and try famous local tea mixed with milk and herbs.
In the centre, you will pass the first hotel built in Jeddah, influenced by Italian architecture, and the first school built in Saudi Arabia. Finally, see one of the art houses and a museum offering a unique collection of local art and antiques.
DAY 3: VISIT MADINAH
Day 5: AlUla
Venture out on the AlUla Oasis Hiking Traill, stretching out for 3km between the Orange Trail and the Dadan Visitor Centre. This beautiful trail is free and open to visitors day and night, with multiple entry and exit points, perfect for enjoying a long, leisurely stroll or a short walk along the trail between the tall palm trees, mud-brick houses or the lush green of the farms.
Next, visit Madain Saleh, the most iconic historical site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the first to be inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Madain Saleh means "the cities of Saleh", after the name of the Prophet Saleh who tried to convert the ancient people of Thamud to Islam. The importance of Madain Saleh is evident in its 111 monumental tombs, 94 of which were decorated with majestic facades on the sandstone massifs of the region, notably the Jibal Ithlib.
AlUla has many viewpoints that offer an elevated view of the epic landscape. Climb the black lava rock terrain of Harrat Uwayrid to see views of Dadan, the old city, the fort and the AlUla oasis, which are even more impressive at sunset. Please note: Harra is only accessible by SUV.
DAY 6: WADI DISSA WITH LUNCH
Drive to Wadi Al Dissa, near Tabuk, for a journey of about 2-3 hours. Upon arrival in the valley, you will have lunch and taste the traditional dishes prepared by the team. After lunch, walk through this beautiful valley and explore the Wadi Dissah, a 15 km canyon crossing the Jebel Qabal. The side cliffs are more than 100m high, and can reach 500m in some places!
From these massive rocky peaks on either side of the canyon, you can enjoy the most spectacular scenery. The second amazing - and most unexpected - feature of Wadi Qaraqir is a river that runs through the western part of the canyon towards the city of Istanbul. As a result, lush vegetation flourishes between the canyon's majestic cliffs.
