DAY 1: INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL/ LIMA
A transportation service will wait for your arrival at the Lima Airport and transfer you to your hotel.

DAY 2 | LIMA
LIMA CITY TOUR & LARCO MUSEUM (4 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
Your tour will start in downtown Lima. Visit the Main Square, where Lima was first founded as 'The City of Kings,' in 1535. It was already known by the name of Lima when Peru proclaimed its independence from the Spanish Crown in 1821. There you may see the Presidential Palace, the Archbishop's Palace and the Lima Cathedral.
Go to Saint Francis' Church and convent, which has an enviable collection of old books, and a network of catacombs, open to the public.
Next, you will go to Pueblo Libre district to visit the Larco Museum, founded by Rafael Larco Hoyle in 1926. The museum, located inside a viceregal mansion built on a pre-Columbian pyramid from the 7th century, houses a most complete pre-Hispanic collection of gold and silver artefacts as well pieces of erotic art.

DAY 3: LIMA – CUSCO
A transportation service will pick you up from your hotel at the established time and transfer you to the airport of Lima (driver only).
A transportation service will wait for your arrival at the Cusco Airport and transfer you to your hotel. You will be accompanied by a guide who will inform you about the attractions and services that the city has to offer.

Day 4 & 5
DAY 4: CUSCO
CUSCO WALKING TOUR (4 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
Today, participate on a walking tour starting at the Coricancha Temple, one of the most important buildings in the city.
It was one of the most significant centres of worship to the Sun God of the Incas, and was converted into a convent after the arrival of the Spanish.
Visit the wonderful Cusco Cathedral, built between 1560 and 1664, and end the tour with a trip to the San Pedro market, with thousands of products from different areas of the region. Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 5: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY
SACRED VALLEY TOUR (6 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
During the morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Cusco to visit the town of Chinchero, a traditional Cusco urban centre, located at an elevated point with a beautiful view of the valley. The inhabitants of this area pay homage to Incan artisan traditions in their clothes and customs.
In Chinchero, there are also archaeological remains and a beautiful seventeenth-century church, one of the first Catholic buildings in Peru. You'll be transferred to the Living Museum of Yucay, making a stop at the Raqchi viewpoint. Watch demonstrations of textile work, adobe, pottery and silverware, carried out in an original recreation of Inca traditions. Residents of the museum also include llamas, sheep and alpacas!
Then, enjoy a delicious lunch in the town of Ollantaytambo and visit the ancient archaeological sites. At the end of this activity, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 6
DAY 6: SACRED VALLEY - AGUAS CALIENTES - OLLANTAYTAMBO TRAIN STATION - CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel. At the set time, you will be transferred from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo (driver only).
MACHU PICCHU TOUR (6 hours - Private with English-speaking guide)
Your tour to Machu Picchu begins with a train ride to Aguas Calientes, arriving in approximately two hours. This town is also known as 'Machu Picchu pueblo' - the town of Machu Picchu - and is the last stop before entering the most important archaeological site in Peru. In Aguas Calientes you can find a train station, a craft market, restaurants, and hotels.
After a short transfer by bus, reach Machu Picchu, a masterpiece of engineering and architecture that served as a retreat for the Inca ruler Pachacuti. Machu Picchu, which means 'Old Mountain', is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
In the afternoon, head to the Aguas Calientes train station to take the train back to Ollantaytambo.
A transportation service (driver only) will pick you up from the Ollantaytambo train station at the set time, and transfer you to your hotel in Cusco City.

OPTIONAL TOURS
1. MARAS & MORAY (4 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
Start a journey of approximately an hour and a half to the archaeological sites of Moray and Maras. The archaeological site of Moray consists of mysterious concentric circular platforms that may have been part of an agricultural research centre.
Maras, near Moray, is an impressive salt mine complex. It is composed of large salt deposits that were used for trading. After the tour, you will be transferred to your selected hotel in the city of Cusco.
** During the months of December to March (rainy season), visit Chinchero, town of Maras and chicherías, instead of the Salineras. In these months, you have the option of replacing this tour with a visit to South Valley.

2. BALCON DEL DIABLO (8 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
In the morning, transfer from your hotel to Sacsayhuaman archaeological site. From here the walk to Chacán, also known as Balcón del Diablo, will begin. This place presents a perfect harmony between nature and Inca architecture, with buildings that blend in harmoniously with the rocks.
At the top of the cliff, you'll have a view of the entire site. The walk continues to Zone X, known for its mysterious rock mazes. After lunch on the way, you will visit the Temple of the Moon, where you'll learn more about the Andean world view, and its connection with the stars and forces of nature.
Then you'll explore the archaeological complex of Cusilluchayoc. The return to Cusco is made following the route of the ancient Inca trail that went to Antisuyo. You will enter the city through San Blas, an area known for its talented craftsmen, where the trek ends.

Offer 2: 3-Night Extension in Paracas
DAY 1: LIMA – PARACAS
Leave from Lima for a journey of approximately four hours along the Panamericana Sur motorway, towards Paracas. It is located in the department of Ica and the province of Pisco. A guide will accompany you during the journey.
Due to its proximity to the sea, Paracas is a bay-shaped resort. Paracas means 'sand rain' because here the winds transport sand and can reach a speed of around 32 km/h.
Paracas has also been declared a regional reserve for migratory birds, and you can observe different ecosystems on this peninsula, along with the archaeological remains of the Paracas culture, the landing place of San Martin, and diverse marine life.
Once in Paracas, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to take advantage of the hotel facilities.

Day 2, 3 & 4
DAY 2: PARACAS –BALLESTAS ISLAND
Ballestas islands tour (4 hrs - Private with English-speaking guide)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the boarding point for the boat at Chaco, sail to the Ballestas Islands. It's a nature reserve with beautiful geological formations, and an impressive variety of animals.
The Ballestas Islands, inhabited by birds, pelicans, sea lions, Humboldt penguins and other species are found in the archipelago. On the way, you may be able to see the mysterious design of a Candelabra shape on the sand.
When finished, transfer to the hotel in Paracas, and have the afternoon at leisure.
