This round trip tour from Bergen takes in the sights from the comfort of a cosy carriage on the world-famous Norwegian railway, followed by a bus through viking villages and a boat across the icy waters.  

Itinerary —

Trip Duration: 12 hours

 

Your journey will start from Bergen by train, taking a spectacular ride along the world-famous Bergen Railway to the adventure capital of Norway – Voss. Next, a scenic bus ride travels through breath-taking landscapes and charming towns towards the old Viking village, Gudvangen.

 

In Gudvangen board a cruise boat and head out onto wintry waters to see two UNESCO World Heritage fjords. Nærøyfjord is recognised as Norway's longest fjord, while Aurlandsfjord is considered one of the wildest and most spectacular due to its magnificent views.

 

End the boat ride as your arrive in the pretty village of Flåm, before boarding the famous Flåm Railway, the perfect way to enjoy the very best of Western Norway’s raw beauty and picturesque scenery. Continue to Myrdal before switching onto to Bergen Railway, ready for the journey back after a long day of adventures.
