Ha Long
Speaking of Ha Long Bay, one must above all talk of the beauty of its water and sky. Majestic and mysterious, inspiring and appealing: words alone cannot do justice to the natural wonder of this World Heritage Site. With over 3 thousand incredible islands jutting out from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin that make up a vision of breathtaking beauty, Halong Bay is pure art and a priceless collection of unfinished sculptures hewn by the hand of nature.
Hoi An
Perhaps more than any other place in Vietnam, Hoi An retains a sense of charm and history that have largely escaped the destruction of successive wars. The town, once a riverside village, is now a tourist town packed with hotels, restaurants, bars, tailors and souvenir shops. There is nothing like wandering about the town on a full moon night of every month when motorbikes are banned from the Old Town, which is transformed into a magical land of silk lanterns, traditional food, song and dance, and games in the streets.
Ho Chi Minh
Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnam's undisputedly commercial headquarters with a keen sense of its own importance as Vietnam emerges from years of austerity to claim a place in the "Asian Tiger" economic slugfest. Located on the Saigon River, Ho Chi Minh City, or Saigon as it is still called by all, is Vietnam's major port and largest city, and still survives in wide downtown avenues flanked by pristine colonials. Thousands of expatriates and Vietnamese immigrants couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. They’ve long since fallen prey to the hidden charms of one of Southeast Asia’s most hectic and eclectic cities.
Siem Reap
The ruins of the ancient city of Angkor are destined for great things and one of the world's marvels. The ‘City of Kings’ boasts some of the largest religious monuments ever constructed which is a vast and mysterious complex of hulking laterite and sandstone blocks. Unknown to the world until French naturalist Henri Mouhot literally stumbled onto it in 1861, the area of Angkor existed for centuries only as a myth. Today more guesthouses, hotels and world-class wining and dining and sumptuous spas are blossoming in town catering for all travel needs.
Your Itinerary —
Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, welcomed by guide and transferred to your hotel in the city center to check in. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 2: Phnom Penh - City Tour (B)
After breakfast, you will visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Preahkeo Morokot and National Museum. Lunch will be at your own arrangement. In the afternoon, continue your city tour with the visit to Toul Sleng, also called Prison S21. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 3: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B) -
After breakfast, you will be free in Phnom Penh until being transferred to the airport for a forty- minute flight to Siem Reap. Landing in Siem Reap, you're greeted by our local guide and check in your hotel.
In the afternoon, you will start to explore Angkor complex. The special charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and the excellence of its decorative carving
Banteay Samre: Its rose-colored sandstone walls are decorated with carvings and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished Angkor has to offer. Evening is your free time for walking at busy pub street. Pop up at a bar for cool drink or shopping at Angkor Night Market. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Siem Reap - Angkor Complex (B)
We start a very special and busy day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist.

See the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara
Baphuon Temple: lying just to the north of Bayon, a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru
In the afternoon, you will visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Ta Prohm was built in the 12th century. It’s a Buddhist temple dedicated to the mother of King Jayavarman VII. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 5: Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Great Lake - Fly to Hanoi (B)
Morning breakfast at hotel then transfer to visit Tonle Sap Great Lake for a cruise trip, visiting fisherman’s life, floating fishing village dot the semi-submerged forest that lines the flood plant rim of the lake, back to visit Chantier Ecole-Artisan d’Angkor, the place are in the Ministry of Education was constructed in 1992 and this place renowned woodworking, stone carving and polychrome training center and workshops. Free tour of the classes and workshops offer a glimpse into the unique skills training program, teaching young artists in the techniques and styles of classic Cambodian artistry. Return to your hotel for check out and be free for lunch at your own before driving to the airport for a flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide and proceed to the downtown. Check in your hotel and overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, the day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh- the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and every afternoons due to closure), and the house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda. Next up visit Tran Quoc Pagoda - Hanoi’s oldest pagoda on the bank of West Lake.
In the afternoon, visit Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university which was constructed in 11th century. Later on we take a cyclo tour around the Old Streets which were named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake to learn about legend of the lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D/Local guide on boat)
After breakfast, you will depart by road to Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. Travel through the rich farmlands of the Delta of Red river and the landscape of rice fields, water buffalo, the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Arrive in Halong and board to board a traditional junk. Lunch on board. The cruise passes by many rocks and islets in many funny shapes. The cruise may stop for a while for visiting the Surprising Cave. Later on the junk move to docking area for ovenight. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 8: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City (B)
In the morning, your brunch will be served while doing further cruise to explore the beauties of the Bay before returning to the Wharf. The junk continues cruising toward Ha Long port. Ready for disembarking. Our car is ready to pick you up toward Hanoi. You will drive straight to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Half day city tour & Cu Chi Tunnels (B)
enjoy a half day tour of vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace it was this modern building that North Vietnamese tanks seized on the morning of April 30 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. Continue to the Old Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh Market.
In the afternoon, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, 70km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, created since 1948 to assist the Viet Minh to combat the French. This is an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops, field hospitals and command centers. During the Vietnam War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a fire free zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of the tunnels have been opened for visitors. Back to your hotel after 4 hour tour & overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Ben Tre in Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Depart from your hotel at 08:00, it takes only 2 hours pleasant drive to Ben Tre province crossing Rach Mieu bridge. On arrival in Hung Vuong Pier, hop on a motorized boat on Ben Tre River – one of tributaries of Mekong river while sight-seeing lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring. Our first stop is at brick kiln to see how to make bricks traditionally by printing and baking. Continue to visit one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along canal. Return to the boat and go through natural scissors creeks to a village and see some local houses making sleeping mats and enjoying some fruits.
Take a motorized cart (tuk tuk) or bicycle on shady paths, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from peasants. Have lunch at local a riverside restaurant.
After lunch, we take a rowing-boat along beautiful water palm creek before meeting up the motorized boat and transfer you back to the pier. Return to hotel after a memorable day merging in Mekong Delta local living. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B)
You will be free today in Ho Chi Minh City till being transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Fly to Phu Quoc Island (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Phu Quoc Island. Upon arrival, pick up by your resort's shuttle bus. Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.
