A ryokan is a traditional Japanese inn, usually featuring:​
-Tatami-matted rooms (woven straw floors)​

-A strong emphasis on omotenashi, the art of Japanese hospitality’

  • In Japan, a densely populated country where everything is small, the 4* hotels are of very good quality but the rooms are often quite narrow (average of 20m2 for twin rooms).
  • For triple rooms, we cannot guarantee in all hotels a single room for 3 people. Depending on the hotel, a double and a single room may be offered.
