What are Resort Credits?

Resort Credits are discount coupons that guests can use for various services offered within Iberostar hotel properties, depending on the category of the hotel they are staying at.

Activation

The Guest Interaction Department concierge will activate the Resort Credits for the guest, explaining how to use them. It is important to note that, in order to streamline the check-in process, the Resort Credits cannot be activated on the day of arrival; they can only be activated starting from the second day of the stay.

Terms of Use

• Applicable to stays of 3 to 5 nights ($300) and stays of 6 nights or more
  ($500), respectively.
• General Terms and Conditions: Resort Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash refund will be issued if not used. The Resort Credits promotion cannot be combined with other credits, discounts, or promotions unless specifically stated. Resort Credits are non-transferable, non-cumulative, and
  cannot be retained for future stays. The promotion, prices, and applicable services are subject to change without prior notice. Guests staying at more than one hotel will receive the promotional benefits based on the length of stay at each property; however, unused credits cannot be transferred to the
  next hotel. The user of this coupon acknowledges that the service is provided by an independent third-party company, which is legally responsible for any events related to the provision of said service. Promotion Restrictions: The Resort Credits promotion will not apply to guests on family trips, travel agent or employee rates, complimentary stays, incentive stays, barter, exchange, or compensation stays.
• Valid for a minimum purchase or consumption of $100 USD. Not combinable with other discounts. Restrictions may apply.
• Important: The guest may redeem a $25 USD coupon for each purchase or service, with a minimum value of $100 USD per transaction. It is important to note that only one $25 USD coupon can be applied per purchase or service, even if the guest has multiple coupons available.

Redemption Points

• Places where guests can redeem their Resort Credits: Internal hotel outlets (except the spa shop)
• Morpho Stores
• AVIS (except Mita and Cozumel locations)
• Photography (only available at Paraíso and Cancún)
• Golf at Playa Paraíso and Cancún

Important Notes:

• Morpho applies discounts directly at the store, not at the Front Desk.
• Discounts for SPA & Golf are applied directly on-site by the GOLF & SPA team, provided the product/service costs $100 USD or more. It is important to indicate that the promotion/discount has been applied to avoid discrepancies at check-out.
• The Front Desk may apply Resort Credits at check-out if the guest was unable to use them during the purchase of a product/service during their stay.
• Resort Credits do not apply to Rocktails, as each product/service is priced below $100 USD.
• Resort Credits do not apply to Dressel; the coupons are discontinued/invalid due to changed conditions.
• Do not apply for groups

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
