Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Meet our representative upon arrival in Delhi and check-in at the hotel. India's capital & a major gateway to the country, Delhi is contemporary and a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the ancient & the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi also reflects the legacy the British left behind.

Overnight in Hilton Garden Inn 4* with breakfast included.

Day 2: Full day city tour of Old and New Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi. This fascinating city has been in existence since the 6th century BC and has seen ups and downs from the rule of the Pandavas right up to the British Raj.

Visit Jama Masjid, which is the largest mosque in India, commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan.  You will then drive past to the Red Fort, which was constructed during the rule of Emperor Shah Jahan and served as the residence for the Mughal royal family.  Later, drive past President House and several other government buildings in Edwin Lutyen’s Delhi before you head toward Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.  Later, visit the Qutab Minar, which is the tallest brick minaret in the world; it was commissioned by Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Overnight in Hilton Garden Inn 4* with dinner & breakfast included.
Day 3: Delhi – Agra
Drive to Agra and on the way make a stop at Akshardham temple - The temple displays the soul of Indian culture, civilization, traditions and spirituality.

Just at the entrance of Agra, visit Itmad-ud-daula and this place has special place in the chronicles of both history as well as architecture. This is the very first tomb in India that is entirely made out of Marble.Later visit Mehtab bagh for a magnificent view of Taj Mahal from across the Yamuna River.

Overnight in Four Points by Sheraton 4* with dinner & breakfast included.

Day 4: Agra (Cooking Class & Lunch Included)
Visit the majestic Taj Mahal - the pinnacle of Mughal architecture, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan (1628-1658), in the memory of his queen Arjumand Bano Begum, entitled ‘Mumtaz Mahal’.  Later, also visit The Red fort – A UNESCO world heritage site and another prominent example of Mughal architecture.

Afterwards you will visit an Indian home where you will be introduced to the intricacies of Indian Cuisine & lunch.

Afterwards you will have free time to explore.

Overnight in Four Points by Sheraton 4* with dinner & breakfast included.
Day 5: Agra - Jaipur (Cookery Lesson & Lunch)
En route to Jaipur, visit Umaid lake palace, a quaint place in rural Rajasthan at Kalakho.  Participate in the cooking demonstration at Umaid lake palace and enjoy the lunch you helped to cook.  Afterwards, continue your drive to Jaipur.

Overnight in Ikaki Niwas 3* with breakfast & dinner included.

Day 6: Jaipur
Proceed for full-day sightseeing trip of Jaipur, also known as the ‘Pink City’. The city of Jaipur is capital to the state of Rajasthan, famous for its colorful culture, forts, palaces, and lakes. Jaipur owes its name to the founder of the city, warrior king Sawai Jai Singh II. Visit the Amber Fort.  Prominent structures inside the fort are the Diwan-i-Aam, adorned with latticed galleries, the Ganesh Pol, with a beautiful painted image of Lord Ganesh, and the stunning Sheesh Mahal, a hall decorated with thousands of tiny mirrors.

Later, stop to photograph the beautiful Hawa Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds.” This beautiful façade with its ornately carved latticework windows was designed so the ladies of the palace could look out onto the streets unobserved. Later you will visit the City Palace… again, a synthesis of Rajasthani and Mughal styles. The museums here showcase rare and ancient manuscripts, arms dating back to the 15th century, and costumes of erstwhile royalty. You'll also visit Jai Singh's Observatory, comprising geometric devices for measuring time, and tracking stars in their orbits.

Later you will visit a local vegetable market and hone your haggling skills - with the help of your host! - followed by a home-cooked meal that you will help prepare.

Overnight in Ikaki Niwas 3* with dinner & breakfast included.

Day 7: Jaipur - Delhi - UK
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Delhi for your flight home.
