Your Itinerary —

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival into Delhi, you will be met and assisted at the airport by your representative and transfer to Delhi for sightseeing. 

After the sightseeing, check-in into your hotel. Overnight at in Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi 
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a City tour of Old and New Delhi. In Old Delhi drive past the magnificent Red Fort (closed on Mondays). Drive past Kotla Firoze Shah, ruins of an old fort of the 14th century. Visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948. In New Delhi drive past the Presidential Palace, the Rashtrapati, the impressive Rajpath to the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate, Visit the Qutub Minar, the 72 meter high Minaret.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra
Breakfast at hotel. Morning depart by road to Agra via Express way (203kms/3hrs) Arrive & proceed to your hotel. In the afternoon visit Agra Fort - Behind its forbidding red sandstone battlements lie palaces that tell the story of the Moghul Empire. Visit Taj Mahal by Sunset (Taj Mahal closed on Fridays) Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel. Morning depart by road to Jaipur (240 km/Approx.  6 hrs) En route visit Fatehpur Sikri - 37 kms west of Agra lies the ghost city of  Fatehpur Sikri - an epic poem in red sandstone, built by Emperor Akbar the Great in 1569 and deserted 14 years later because its water supply failed. In the evening arrive to Jaipur & proceed to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel. Morning photo stop at ‘Hawa Mahal’ (Palace of Winds) Excursion to Amber Fort by local Jeeps both ways – Amber Fort dates from back from the 16th century. Inside the fort  palace are beautiful styled state rooms with semi-precious jewel inlaid decoration and the finest example is the Sheesh Mahal or the mirror palace. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace, a part is now a museum that contains fine Rajput and Moghul paintings, rare manuscripts and an armoury, old carpets, and clothes of the royalty. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Jaipur - Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning depart by road to Jaipur (264 Km/ Approx. 06 Hrs) Arrive Delhi and proceed to Hotel. Rest of the Day at leisure for independent activities. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning transfer to airport for flight to onward destination.

Entry Requirements 

You must ensure you have a valid passport to travel on. 

You’ll need to get a visa before travelling to India. You can find further information about how to apply on the Indian High Commission website.

India’s Bureau of Immigration has announced that with immediate effect, foreign nationals who arrive at an Indian port holding non-machine readable passports will be denied entry. 

To transit through India you will need a transit visa. You can find more information on the Indian Immigration Bureau website.

All applicants of Pakistani origin who hold dual British-Pakistan nationality must apply for an Indian visa on their Pakistan passport. Those who have either renounced Pakistani nationality or cancelled their Pakistani passport would need to submit documentary proof of this.

Health

If vaccinations or other preventive measures are required, you will need to visit your health professional at least 8 weeks before your trip.


You can take medicines into India as long as you carry the prescription with you. Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances are prohibited. Mosquito-borne diseases like Dengue Fever occur all year round. There’s been an increase in the number of cases of dengue fever, including in New Delhi.


UK health authorities have classified India as having a risk of Zika virus transmission. For information and advice about the risks associated with Zika virus, visit the National Travel Health Network and Centre website.


Cases of Chikungunya Virus have been confirmed in India, including in New Delhi. You should take steps to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.
