Commence the day with a visit to Steels Gate Winery, situated in a picturesque hillside setting at Dixons Creek. Their range of wines are all estate grown and estate made offering finesse and exceptional flavour. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere which makes this the perfect place to experience delicious wines while absorbing the serenity of the Yarra Valley.

Travel to Balgownie Estate, one of the most stylish venues in the Yarra Valley with wines to match, and enjoy lunch with a glass of Balgownie Estate wine to compliment your meal. After lunch travel to Yering Farm Vineyards, a charming boutique winery. Experience wines made with traditional winemaking methods in their cellar door which showcases antique copper winemaking tools used by pioneer winemakers over a century ago - a fantastic environment to enjoy superb wines.

Next, visit French Champagne company Moet and Chandon's Australian production house - Domaine Chandon. The perfect way to finish the day with a guided tour through the winery which shows how the wine is made, followed by a relaxing glass of Australia's best bubbly and a view that will leave you in awe. Commence the scenic drive south-west of Melbourne and onto spectacular views of the Southern Ocean known as the Surf Coast. Arrive at Split Point Lighthouse for a photo opportunity and coffee break (own expense).

Wildlife in the area depending on the season may include whales, dolphins, kangaroos, echidnas and many different birds. Arrive at Apollo Bay for lunch (own expense), then see koalas and kangaroos up close on the Eucalyptus Forest. Walk at the renowned Great Ocean Road Ecolodge. Then visit the spectacular Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge, the site of the most famous 19th-century Australian shipwreck. Your vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Phillip Island Tour. Arrive at Nobbies to view spectacular coastal scenery and two rocky outcrops abundant in marine life. From the walkways, it may be possible to catch a glimpse of Australia's largest population of fur seals living amongst the coastline.

During the summer months (November to March) you will have the opportunity to visit Cowes for a stroll along the pier or have dinner (own expense). Arrive at the Penguin Parade Visitors Centre and browse through the centre and learn about the little penguins and life on this island. Just before dusk watch as the Little Penguins battle the surf and make their way to their dune burrows after a day's fishing at sea. The elevated boardwalks and viewing stands allow you to enjoy all the penguin action without disturbing them.

Your host will share the rich history of Sydney Harbour and its foreshore as you journey past Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, and the bays and coves of Sydney Harbour.

Enjoy, a range of group activities including swimming, kayaking, and fishing, or, simply sit back and admire the views from the comfort of a deckchair. The Blue Mountains are set in the heart of a unique world heritage region. The first stop in the morning is Euroka Clearing, located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the incredible World Heritage Zone 2. Here you will enjoy a morning tea before taking the road to the Blue Mountains via the highway.

Visit one of the many amazing perspectives of the Jamison Valley which offers beautiful views without the crowds. The tour then continues to Eaglehawk Lookout to admire the famous Three Sisters rock formation and learn the legends behind it.

Enjoy a two-course lunch at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, a casual dining spot with stunning views of the surrounding landscape (drinks are not included). In the afternoon you will visit a selection of lookouts. The view of Govett's Leap is one of Australia's most famous lookouts with a magnificent 180-metre high waterfall at the base of the cliff. The final stop is the charming Mt Tomah Botanical Garden, where you can relax with sparkling wine or orange juice before returning to your hotel.

Cape Tribulation & Daintree National Park

A Down Under Tours custom built vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Cape Tribulation and Daintree tour. Travel in air-conditioned comfort in your luxury purpose-built vehicle to Cape Tribulation, through some of the oldest rainforest in the world.

Cruise on the Daintree River and reach an understanding of this wildlife environment for one hour, habitat of birds, tree snakes, unique plants and of course the estuarine crocodile. Next you will drive to Cape Tribulation, winding through the rainforest of the Alexandra Range, where you can stop at Alexandra Lookout and enjoy this spectacular view over the Daintree River estuary, Snapper Island and beyond to the Coral Sea. Enjoy a delicious tropical lunch set amongst the rainforest and a walk on famous Cape Tribulation Beach.

Finally, visit the Mossman Gorge Gateway Centre for afternoon tea and enjoy an Indigenous presentation by the traditional owners of the gorge, the Kuku Yalanji people before boarding your shuttle for the transfer into Mossman Gorge. Your driver/ guide will take you for a guided walk sharing their knowledge of this enchanting rainforest environment. Learn about the fascinating secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests. Make your own way to Jetty located at 169 Ross Road, Deeral. Approximately 40 minutes drive south of Cairns. Free parking onsite available. Board the 'Turtle Islander', the newly upgraded spacious vessel for a short trip to the Great Barrier Reef location for the day. Enjoy morning tea with fresh coffee and a selection of biscuits. Begin with a river cruise down the magnificent Mulgrave River where migratory and breeding birds can be spotted. At the mouth of the river, the Frankland islands slowly come into view and it is only a short open water crossing to your destination for the day. Disembark onto the island via the bow stairs where you spend the day. All snorkelling equipment and tuition on how to use masks, fins, and snorkel is provided. During the summer months, a protection suit is provided. (Valid for 01APR19 - 31MAR20).

The Marine Biologist with support from the experienced snorkel guides will take you on a guided snorkelling tour which is straight off the beach so perfect for all levels and ages. You will be guided among the amazing variety of corals and marine life that inhabit the area, including an abundance of colourful fish, sea turtles, giant clams, and sea anemones. A semi-submersible tour or glass bottom boat is also included in the day which is run with commentary, where you can see the underwater world staying dry!A tropical buffet lunch is served on the island (includes a choice of several salads, chicken, cheese, ham, prawns and cut fruits). There are optional activities you can pre-book or choose to do on the day including a guided island discovery walk with the Marine Biologist, Stand up paddle boards, Kayak hire, scuba diving or underwater sea-coo hire. Frankland Islands Reef Cruises offers a unique Great Barrier Reef experience based on the stunning Frankland Islands National Park, south of the City of Cairns. Frankland Islands Reef Cruises are the only operator to visit the island, offering small groups the opportunity to snorkel and dive the healthy fringing coral reef that surrounds the island. Spend 4 to 4.5 hours relaxing and exploring this secluded part of the Great Barrier Reef that sees no more than 100 visitors each day. Snorkel straight from the pristine white sandy beach where an expert marine naturalist guides you over colourful corals and tropical fish while explaining this unique and wonderful ecosystem. The Essentials of Brisbane by Bike

This two hour guided tour takes place along the Brisbane bike path, passing most of the city’s highlights. Along the way, you will learn about the history of the Brisbane and hear some fun facts from your knowledgeable guide.

This tour begins at 2 pm and ends at 4 pm at the Southbank Parklands Cultural Court. This excursion is available from Monday to Saturday.

Return River Cruise to the Lone Pine Sanctuary

This tour takes you directly to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, the first and largest koala sanctuary in the world where you can cuddle these magnificent marsupial mammals and approach nearly 95 species of Australian wildlife. Enjoy an Australian show.

The Koala Express is our express boat to the oldest and largest Koala Sanctuary in the world. Join this fun rideon the Brisbane River, through the city's most historic landscapes, iconic attractions, historical home sites andinteresting wildlife habitats. Aboriginal Live Theatre Show and Dinner Experience

Spirits of the Red Sand is Australia's newest and most spectacular interactive Aboriginal live theatre show and dinner experience. Led by a storyteller, you'll journey back to Australia of the 1800s, walking through various interactive scenes where live theatre tells the story of Jarrah and his brothers when two very different cultures are to meet for the first time. Engaging all your senses, chapters of a true moving story unfold before you as 'rove' through diverse sets such as a Church, an Aboriginal village and even out side a jail. Storytelling, song, dances, chant s and traditions are all infused within this historical re-enactment. After the show, there's a hearty Australian char-grilled barbecue dinner and dessert. A highlight will be mingling with the cast during dinner.
