Victoria Falls —
Victoria Falls (also known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, meaning "thundering smoke", or Shungu Namutitima, meaning "boiling water") is the largest waterfall in Africa and is located on the Zambian-Zimbabwe border. The falls form a formidable curtain of water 1708 metres wide and 100 metres high. Every minute, about 500 million litres of water rush down the rock face.
