The ski area features 35 km of well-maintained pistes, mainly suited to beginners and intermediate skiers. Wide, confidence-boosting slopes make it perfect for progression, while a dedicated freeride area adds variety for more adventurous skiers. With a ski-in ski-out setup and the gondola just steps from the residences, access to the slopes is simple and stress-free.
Beyond alpine skiing, Vercorin stands out for its strong connection to nature. Snowshoeing routes, winter hiking trails and panoramic viewpoints start directly from the village, offering stunning scenery throughout the season. Vercorin is easily reached via Sierre, located about 2 hours from Geneva Airport by car or train. The best time to visit is from December to March for winter sports, and from June to September for hiking and outdoor activities. The local currency is the Swiss franc (CHF).
