Or perhaps it is the 300 days of sunshine per year...The city has hosted the winter Olympics twice and five times, the World Alpine Ski Championships.

Sleep

Hotel Carlton's 60 Suites are spacious and bright, decorated with taste, and offer the comfort worthy of a 5* establishment. To make your experience memorable, your room will be upgraded to the next level of comfort and your check-out pushed out to 4pm as opposed to noon.

- Junior Suite (35 à 65 m² / max 3 persons): These Suites are available in four categories, 35 m², 45 m², 55 m² ou 65 m². Each one is decorated with care and marvellously blends elegance and comfort. The majority of them have their own balcony.

- Deluxe Suite  (70 m² / max 3 persons): These Suites are resolutely refined and has a separate salon with a magnificent sofa on which you may unwind after a long day in the mountains.

- Corner Junior Suite with Lake View (75 m² / max 3 persons): This Suite does not have one, but two balconies to better admire the breathtaking view of Lake Saint Moritz, a pleasure to the eyes.

- Grand Suite  (80 m² / max 3 persons): Move up with this Suite located between the 5th and 6th floor of the hotel. What a joy be able to admire the mountains and lake from the Suite!

- Carlton Suite (95 m² / max 3 persons): A living room, large dining table and a spacious bedroom...You will find everything you need and more to be comfortable in this 5* home away from home. This exceptional suite will  leave you with unforgettable memories.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

The Cerea brothers, that run the kitchen, serve a precise and modern cuisine. Make the most of the terrace at the Carlton Bar & Lobby to relish in grilled seafood, cocktails and a choice of teas. To make this stay a real moment of relaxation, head to the hotel's Spa. This 1200 m² space is entirely dedicated to peace, tranquillity and your well-being. If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
