Day 1: Welcome to Nendaz
Arrive in Nendaz, a charming alpine village set at 1,400 metres altitude. Surrounded by peaks and fresh mountain air, settle in and begin your stay at a gentle pace. Set out to explore the famous bisses, historic irrigation channels winding through forests and alpine meadows. Some paths even lead you to a surprising Japanese garden nestled in the heart of the mountains. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure, perhaps discovering local specialities in one of the village’s cosy restaurants.
Day 2: Alpine walk & raclette experience
Enjoy a relaxed day at your own rhythm, take in the scenery, breathe in the mountain air or simply unwind. As evening falls, experience a truly special moment with a guided lantern-lit walk, leading you through peaceful alpine landscapes. At the end of your walk, sit down to a traditional raclette dinner, where melted cheese, local delicacies and a warm atmosphere create an unforgettable evening.
Day 3: Gourmet walk through the vineyards of Sion (for stays from 3 nights or more)
Today, head to Sion, around 30 minutes from Nendaz, for a unique culinary experience. Follow a self-guided gourmet walk through the terraced vineyards of Clavau, offering stunning views over the Rhône Valley. Along the way, enjoy a wine tasting paired with local delicacies, before finishing with a refined three-course dinner with wine pairing. For an extra touch of discovery, continue to Saint-Léonard and explore the largest underground lake in Europe by boat, a truly fascinating experience.
Day 4: Panoramic views from Tracouet
Head into the mountains towards Tracouet, where a spectacular 360° panorama awaits. From here, admire sweeping views over the Valais Alps, glaciers and the Rhône Valley. Take the opportunity to enjoy a typical mountain meal (additional cost), featuring regional specialities such as fondue, dried meats and local wines — all set against a breathtaking natural backdrop.
Day 5: Mont-Fort, the highlight of your stay
Today brings you to the summit of your journey, Mont-Fort, rising over 3,300 metres above sea level. From this exceptional viewpoint, take in some of the Alps’ most iconic peaks, including Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn and Dent Blanche. The silence, the altitude and the vastness of the landscape create a truly unforgettable moment. Day 6: Discover the Valais at your own pace (for stays from 6 nights or more)
If you extend your stay, take the opportunity to explore more of the Valais region.
Choose between two enriching experiences (at an additional cost):
- Nature option: Head to the Val d’Hérens and stop at the impressive Pyramids of Euseigne, before continuing to the traditional village of Evolène for a peaceful walk and lunch surrounded by mountains.
- Cultural option: Visit Martigny and discover the renowned Fondation Pierre Gianadda, home to international art exhibitions. Nearby, explore the remains of a Roman amphitheatre before ending your day with a tasting of the famous Williams pear brandy.

Guided evening hike & traditional Valais raclette —
Immerse yourself in an authentic Alpine experience that combines nature, conviviality, and Swiss gastronomy. As dusk settles over the mountains, set off on a guided evening hike through the peaceful landscapes of Pra da Dzeu before gathering around a traditional Valais raclette in a warm and atmospheric setting. Depending on the weather conditions, the evening may also include stories shared around an open fire beneath the stars. This gentle five-kilometre circular walk is accessible to most fitness levels and offers a perfect balance of scenic discovery and indulgent mountain dining. If conditions allow, the raclette will be prepared over a wood fire for an even more authentic experience.

Discover the flavours and landscapes of the Valais region during an immersive gourmet walk through the spectacular terraced vineyards of Clavau. Combining gentle hiking, local gastronomy and wine tasting, this unique experience invites you to explore one of Switzerland’s most beautiful wine-growing regions at your own pace. Upon arrival at Celliers de Sion, you will receive your tasting voucher, including five glasses of Valais wine, and access to the Celliers de Sion app, which guides you throughout the experience with practical information and suggested stops along the route. You are free to begin your tasting before setting off into the vineyards.
Stroll along scenic vineyard paths and traditional “guérites” overlooking the Rhône Valley, while enjoying regional specialities and carefully selected wines at various tasting stops throughout the estate. Depending onthe selected package, you may also savour a traditional raclette or other Valais specialities in an authentic mountain setting.
