Full-day visit of Swoyambhunath Stupa, Patan Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Visit Swoyambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, a sacred hilltop site revered by both Hindus and Buddhists. Explore the stupa complex and its shrines while enjoying panoramic views over the valley. Continue to Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Lalitpur. Discover its ancient palaces, temples and intricate wooden carvings reflecting Nepal’s cultural heritage.

DAY 3 | KATHMANDU → CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you will depart for Chitwan, approximately 175 kilometres away, with a driving time of five to six hours depending on road and traffic conditions. Please note that part of the route is currently under construction, which may result in slower traffic and uneven road surfaces.
During the journey, you will pass scenic river valleys, farmland and the Himalayan foothills as you approach Chitwan National Park, one of Nepal’s premier wildlife destinations. Upon arrival, you will check in at your hotel and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, you will take a guided walk through a Tharu village, offering an introduction to the culture, traditions and daily life of this indigenous community. In the evening, a jungle naturalist will provide a presentation on the flora and fauna of Chitwan National Park, preparing you for the wildlife experiences ahead. All activities in Chitwan operate on a shared basis and may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and park regulations.
Please note: Activities in Chitwan are conducted on a shared basis. During the rainy season, jeep safaris and canoe trips inside the national park may not operate; activities will then take place in the adjoining community forest.

DAY 4 | CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
fter breakfast, you will embark on a jeep safari of approximately three hours within Chitwan National Park, where you may encounter rhinos, deer, wild elephants and numerous bird species. Although tiger sightings are rare due to their elusive nature and dense vegetation, exploring their territory remains an exciting experience.
Following the safari, you will visit either the Crocodile Breeding Centre or the Elephant Breeding Centre, depending on your hotel location, to learn more about conservation efforts in the region.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a peaceful canoe ride along the Rapti River, observing riverside landscapes, birdlife and crocodiles. In the evening, you will attend a traditional Tharu Stick Dance performance in the village.

After breakfast, you will drive to Pokhara, approximately 165 kilometres away, with a journey time of four to five hours. Upon arrival, you will check in at your hotel.
Your afternoon sightseeing in Pokhara includes a visit to the Tibetan Resettlement Camp, providing insight into Tibetan culture and craftsmanship. You will continue to Devi’s Fall, where the Pardi Khola River disappears into an underground gorge, followed by an exploration of the sacred Gupteshwor Cave. Later, you will enjoy a boating experience on Phewa Lake, where calm waters reflect the Annapurna range and Tal Barahi Temple. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Early in the morning, you will travel to Sarangkot at 1,592 metres for a sunrise excursion offering views of the Himalayan range, including Dhaulagiri I, Manaslu, Annapurna II and Machhapuchhre. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of approximately six to seven hours. Please note that sections of the Prithvi Highway are under construction, which may cause delays and uneven road conditions.
