For a cosmopolitan and lively experience, visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and craft markets.

A great introduction to this spectacular city, the Cape Town City Tour provides the perfect opportunity to sample some of its attractions and get your bearings.     
First up, it's the cable car to the summit of the legendary Table Mountain - weather permitting - for incredible views of the city and surrounding layout of this southernmost tip of Africa.You will then visit the country's oldest building, The Castle, and a short distance away, the Company Gardens, both historically fascinating and well conserved.
Your journey continues past Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge, and you'll sense the depth of history via their distinctive architecture. Colonial then changes to colourful, as you move up the cobblestoned hills to the Malay Quarter, and marvel at the ice-cream colours of the quaint Bo-Kaap homes.
Your day ends on a sparkling note, as you trace the moves of a professional diamond cutter, as he works with these precious stones.

Stellenbosch - Stellenbosch dates back to 1679 and is the second-oldest wine producing region in South Africa. No more than half an hour’s drive from the cosmopolitan buzz of Cape Town, here there is a relaxed, small-town atmosphere and leisurely lifestyle, no doubt helped by the stunning natural scenery. The views over vineyards, mountains and orchards, offer excellent photographic opportunities and provide a calming respite from the exciting pace of Cape Town.

The mild weather and unique territory is ideal for wine-growing and the region has amassed many international awards over the years. Daily wine-tasting and cellar tours are available at most of the numerous vineyards. Many also have restaurant and picnic facilities to spend a leisurely afternoon.
Garden Route - The famous and scenically stunning Garden Route stretches between the towns of Mossel Bay and Port Elizabeth. Bordered on one side by the sea and on the other, by mountains. Taking a few days to drive along this route, stopping at some of the pretty little towns, is an opportunity to absorb some of the amazing beauty of South Africa.
Gondwana Game Reserve - A private game reserve that’s home to the free roaming 'Big Five' game as well as endangered species like the Cape mountain zebra and black harrier among many others. Set on 11,000-hectares, its breathtaking beauty will soothe and delight you with its endless mountain views and green rolling hills blanketed in colourful fynbos.
Hermanus - Hermanus lies along the shores of Walker Bay near the Southern most tip of Africa. The magnificent mountains of the Overberg loom over the town – home of the Southern Right Whale.
The Brydel Whales can be found all year round. Whale enthusiasts and nature lovers from all over the world visit Hermanus to enjoy these magnificent creatures playing and frolicking. Hermanus is the best land based whale watching destination in the world, and is thus is known as the heart of the whale route.

The popular cliff path stretches from one side of the town to the other, about 12 km of fresh unpolluted air. An excellent walk and place for whale watchers to study and enjoy these amazing gigantic mammals and get within closer range than you can dream of. Telescopes situated alongside the Old Harbour Museum makes it possible to survey the entire Walker Bay and the whales and dolphins at close range.

Stellenbosch – The Spier (2 nights)

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.  Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.
