Cape Town (Days 1-5)
Optional 1/2 Day Cape Town City Tour
Take a cable car to the summit of the legendary Table Mountain, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, (on own account & weather permitting) with views of the City and surrounding layout of this southernmost tip of Africa. We drive to Camps Bay, an affluent oceanside suburb of Cape Town, boasting a magnificent white sandy beach and once the hunting ground of Lord Charles Somerset.
Wind your way along through Clifton, an exclusive residential area, home to some of the most expensive real estate in South Africa before meandering through Sea Point, the first ‘commuter suburb’ of Cape Town and now a recognized Orthodox Jewish community. En route we’ll see the sweeping silhouette of the Cape Town Stadium before passing down Adderley Street considered the main street of the central business district.
The City Hall located on the Grand Parade is next up. Nelson Mandela made his first public speech after his release from the balcony of Cape Town City Hall. Drive past the Castle of Good Hope, a Provisional Heritage Site. The Castle of Good Hope was originally built as a maritime replenishment station and is the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa!
Stellenbosch (Days 6-7)
The mild weather and unique territory is ideal for wine-growing and the region has amassed many international awards over the years. Daily wine-tasting and cellar tours are available at most of the numerous vineyards. Many also have restaurant and picnic facilities to spend a leisurely afternoon.
Sibuya Game Reserve & Lodge (Days 8-10)
Sibuya's reception is in the holiday village of Kenton-on-Sea in the Eastern Cape Province, about 140 kms (80 miles) equidistant from Port Elizabeth and East London. A natural extension to any trip, from Cape Town up the Garden Route, and easily accessible from Port Elizabeth which is a short flip from the major cities of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
The unique experience starts immediately with a half-hour boat transfer up the Kariega estuary to River Camp or Forest Camp. Leaving the beach, turtles, dolphins and whales might be seen near the river mouth. Both camps nestle in riverine forest and have been constructed in an environmentally conscious manner. Guests are hosted and guided by a team of experienced professionals.

Sibuya Game Reserve & Lodge 4* - Eastern Cape
You will spend 3 nights in at either the River or Forest Camp at Sibuya with a full board basis & 2 daily game drives.
Perfectly situated on the banks of the Kariega River, but tucked unobtrusively away into the vegetation. Adopting a low impact model, this accommodation is built on expansive, slightly raised wooden decks and has long wooden walkways through pristine thickets.
Sibuya offers true luxury tented accommodation in a idyllic location: each tent is adjoined by a large en-suite bathroom, accommodates two adults sharing a comfy king bed, and sits under an all-weather roof. Wide decks offer views of the river or forest.
