Day One: Arrive in Kuala Lumpur
You will arrive in Kuala Lumpur and be transferred to your hotel in the city. The rest of this day is free for you to start exploring the city.

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur
Start the day well with a delicious breakfast.
In the morning you will enjoy a guided tour of Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia's capital is an exciting and bustling city that began in the mid 1900s as a trading post for Chinese tin miners. Modern skyscrapers sit alongside traditional culture and architecture from the country's time under Dutch and British colonial rule. Your sightseeing tour will include a visit to the National Mosque, the National Monument, the Cenotaph and a photo stop at the King's Palace Gate.
Kuala Lumpur is best visited on foot; you will walk the streets and take in the sights, sounds and smells of this incredible place. Stroll through the streets of the central market and visit the Sri Mahamariamman Temple. Stroll down the bustling streets of Chinatown and haggle for a bargain. Take a trip to Little India and visit the beautiful jewellery and sari shops. No trip to Kuala Lumpur is complete without a visit to the beautiful Masjid Jamek Mosque and Merdeka Square, where the Tudor-style Royal Selangor Club sits proudly in the background. Finally, visit a batik outlet and see a demonstration of how they make of various types of batik prints.

In the evening, you can take an option to dine (excluding drinks) in the revolving restaurant of the KL Tower. Located 282 metres above the ground, you will enjoy incredible panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur at night as you dine.

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur
Fuel up with your breakfast. Enjoy a free day to explore the city on your own or splurge on an optional tour of Malacca.

Head out on a full-day excursion to Malacca to discover Malaysia's history in Malacca - the 'historic city' - with a heritage dating back 600 years, from Malay sultanates to Portuguese, Dutch and English influences. Visit Porta de Santiago cir. 1512, chancel of the ruins of St. Paul's Church. 1571, Dutch Square - with a guided tour of the Stadhuys, Christ Church, Clock Tower, Queen Victoria Fountain and Cheng Hoon Teng Temple - Malaysia's oldest working Chinese temple. Walk past St Peter's Church, past rows of quaint pre-war shops and over the historic Malacca River and Bukit Cina or 'Chinese Hill', where important ornate tombs date from the Ming Dynasty. Stroll down Jonker Street - famous for its fantastic variety of antique shops. Enjoy an authentic Peranakan lunch (excluding drinks) - a traditional local cuisine with Malay and Chinese influences.

Day 4: Kuala Lumpur/Cameron Highlands
Enjoy breakfast before setting off on a scenic drive to the attractive Cameron Highlands, named after William Cameron, the British colonial government surveyor who discovered them in the late 19th century.
This plateau is 1,800 metres above sea level. Refreshingly cool air flows over valleys and majestic mountains. The region is characterised by the beauty of its' vast green landscapes and tea plantations, as well as many flower gardens, vegetable farms and orchards. En route you visit a bamboo basket craft workshop and make a stop at the very beautiful Lata Iskandar waterfall. On arrival in Cameron Highlands, check into the hotel. The rest of the afternoon/evening is free for you to rest, relax and enjoy a moment of calm.

Day 5: Cameron Highlands / Penang
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning you will visit a hillside market. Here you will discover the many tropical fruits, vegetables and flowers grown in the Cameron Highlands. A visit to the BOH tea plantation will give you an insight into the tried and tested methods of tea making in the Cameron Highlands. Taste the finest BOH teas and savour their exquisite flavours.
Leaving Cameron Highlands, you travel to the state of Perak, famous for its tin mines, rock temples and royal palaces. Near Ipoh, you'll visit the cave temple of Kek Lok Toong, to learn more about Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian beliefs. Stop at a century-old palace in the royal city of Kuala Kangsar, now a Royal Regalia Museum. Discover the charming Ubudiah Mosque, with its fairy-tale architecture that looks like something out of a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights! Then it's time to cross the impressive 13.5km long bridge to Penang Island, the 'Pearl of the Orient', for a two-night stay.

Day 6: Penang
Have breakfast and enjoy a walk to savour the unique wonders of the former UNESCO heritage site of Georgetown. The first visit continues at the Khoo Kongsi - a building with a magnificent hall decorated with intricate carvings and woodwork. Head to the Temple of the Goddess of Mercy, past the florists and stalls of Fortune Teller, and stop at the Joss Stick shop to see how Mr Lee makes incense sticks. Walk to Little India - Spice Market and experience the hustle and bustle of Georgetown's spice trade, such as wholesalers and retailers selling centuries-old spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and more. Board a vehicle and visit Chew Jetty - the fishing village where houses are built on stilts by a clan in the mid-19th century from southern China. Continue to see the ruins of Fort Cornwallis, the Reclining Buddha Temple and the Burmese Temple. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore more of this UNESCO heritage site!
Optional extra: Georgetown by night
This evening you have the option to enjoy local food at Hawker's Food. This tour includes a slow pedicab ride through downtown Georgetown for a leisurely view of its heritage. Stroll along the city's waterfront at Gurney Drive. Experience open-air dining (excluding drinks) in Penang style and enjoy local dishes at a famous Hawker's Center (open-air dining subject to weather conditions). Visit a night market (subject to opening or availability on the day of visit).

Day 7: Penang / Langakwi
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Penang Airport to fly to Langkawi Island.
The legends associated with Langkawi are ancient and known to exist since ancient times. Many of these legends are vague in their origins and have lost their appeal over the years, but some have survived the test of time and are fresh in the minds of the people of Langkawi. Most of the places often visited by people have their own tale or legend, making them more special with an added attraction.
Upon arrival at Langkawi airport, you will be met and transferred to your resort.

Day 8 & 9: Langakwi
Enjoy your breakfasts and two free days to relax on Langakwi's heavenly beaches and to use your hotel's pristine services.
