Prague Christmas Markets 2019 (30th Nov - 6th Jan)
One of the top go-to destinations for Christmas markets is undoubtedly Prague.From the whimsical markets in the Old Town Square to the fairytale markets at Prague Castle, a trip to this charming city is utterly magical at Christmas time.
The first point of call should be the Old Town Square, where you can stroll through lines of wooden stalls, selling a wide variety of gifts and treats that vary from ceramics, jewellery, embroidery and ornaments to food stalls that dish out traditional sausages, pancakes and gingerbread to hungry shoppers. The Old Town Square is also home to one of the most impressive Christmas trees in the city, which is transported each year from the forests of the Liberec region of Prague.
