  • Overnight in Rio de Janeiro

DAY 2: RIO DE JANEIRO - CORCOVADO AND CITY TOUR

Enjoy breakfast and set off for Corcovado, the 710-metre-high mountain that dominates Rio and on which stands the giant statue of Christ the Redeemer. Afterwards, a panoramic tour of the famous temple of football, the Maracana stadium, was inaugurated on 16 June 1950 for the World Cup.

DAY 3: RIO DE JANEIRO - VISIT TO SUGAR LOAF AND RIO SUL BEACHES

Get up on the right foot with your breakfast. Sugarloaf, the symbol that protects the entrance to Guanabara Bay, towers 396 metres above Rio and offers an exceptional panoramic view of the city. There are two parts to the climb: first to the Morro Da Urca mountain (220 metres), and then by cable car.

Enjoy some leisure time in the afternoon to enjoy the beaches, where Cariocas and tourists alike take advantage of the opportunity to engage in all kinds of sporting activities: jogging, cycling, beach volleyball... But of course, football is a must.

Then on to the Rocinha favela in a jeep. Follow your local guide through the area and learn more about what life is like there. Rio's favelas are an important part of the city's life, and this non-intrusive tour aims to show you what they're like in a respectful way with the locals. What's more, part of the price of the tour is donated to the community to help them build a better future. Discover life in Rio de Janeiro from a different perspective and get advice from a local guide.
