DAY 1: SALVADOR
Welcome to Salvador! Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Itapuã for the first night of your adventure in Brazil.

DAY 2: SALVADOR CITY TOUR
Embark on a city tour of Salvador, starting with a visit to the Barra Lighthouse, one of Salvador's postcards. Continue along the coastline with a panoramic view of Itaparica Island and Largo da Vitória, passing through the Corredor da Vitória, the most prestigious area in Salvador. Visit the Campo Grande square and the Castro Alves Theatre. Explore the historic Pelourinho district, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its colonial houses in pastel colours. Wander the cobbled streets and admire the richly decorated churches in lively areas like Largo do Pelourinho, Carmo, and Terreiro de Jesus.
Next up, visit the Modelo Market, the largest craft market in Northeast Brazil, located at the Port (hamacs, jewellery, stone objects, leather bags, paintings and musical instruments). Enjoy lunch on the go (drinks not included).

DAY 3: PRAIA DO FORTE
After tucking into a delicious breakfast at the hotel, take a day trip to Praia do Forte, visiting the Turtle Sanctuary. Head north along the "Coconut Road," named after the beautiful coconut trees along the way. Stop at the famous Praia do Forte, known as Brazil's Polynesia, to visit the Tamar Project, dedicated to preserving sea turtles. Learn about the project, the biodiversity of warm waters, and the importance of turtle conservation. See four of the five turtle species in the aquariums and tanks.
Then, visit a charming fishing village, where your guide will share its history. Continue to the beach, a well-structured resort area with crystal-clear waters and calm seas, perfect for swimming. Enjoy lunch (drinks not included) with local delicacies before returning to the hotel.

DAY 4: FRADES & ITAPARICA ISLANDS
Today, take a boat trip to the Frades and Itaparica Islands and visit two of Salvador’s most famous islands. Start with a pickup from your hotel at 08:00, followed by a trip to the port. Board a schooner to explore the Frades and Itaparica Islands, passing through Todos os Santos Bay, the largest bay in Brazil.
The boat is fully equipped with sound service, a bar, and specialised guides. On the way to Frades Island, enjoy a partial view of the Saint Marcel Fortress, the only round fortress in the Americas. Admire the contrasts between the colonial and modern architecture of Salvador.

DAY 10: SUGAR LOAF MOUNTAIN AND RIO BEACHES
Boasting an exceptional panorama of the city, the Sugarloaf Mountain is a must-visit during your stay. The ascent is made in two parts: initially by foot to Morro Da Urca (220 metres), and then by cable car. The remainder of the journey can only be done by cable car. From the summit, you’ll have expansive views of Copacabana Beach, Botafogo Beach, Flamengo Beach, Santos Dumont Airport, the bridge between Rio and Niterói, and the city of Niterói with its beaches, such as Icaraí. In the distance, you'll see Governor’s Island behind the bridge where the international airport is located.

DAY 11: TIJUCA FOREST & FAVELA TOUR RIO
Before the 19th century, Rio de Janeiro was surrounded by Atlantic rainforest. Today, the remaining jungle is a 33-square-kilometre area known as the Tijuca National Park (Parque Nacional da Tijuca). Lush with tropical trees intertwined with jungle vines, this is the largest urban forest in the world, home to ocelots, howler monkeys, over 300 bird species, waterfalls, and one of Rio’s most iconic monuments: the Christ the Redeemer statue (Cristo Redentor) atop the Corcovado Mountain.
Next, you'll visit the Rocinha favela by Jeep. Follow your local guide through the area to learn more about life in this community. The favelas of Rio play an important role in the city's life, and this respectful, non-intrusive tour aims to show you the reality of the area with a focus on local perspectives. Pedra do Telégrafo

Located west of Rio, Pedra do Telégrafo offers breathtaking views of the beaches, the Tijuca forest, Barra da Tijuca and the famous Restinga de Marambaia, a restricted-access beach measuring almost 43 km in length.
On this tour, you'll be picked up from your hotel and you'll travel to the site of Pedra do Telégrafo. On the way, you'll have the chance to see the region's beautiful beaches, such as Grumari, Prainha and Recreio dos Bandeirantes. Once there, we'll take the path to Pedra. There is around 1500m of path (about 50 mins).
The rock is famous as a photo spot, where you can stand on top of the rock or hang on and pretend to fall, when in reality the rock is very close to the ground.

Macuco Safari is an unmissable experience for nature and adventure lovers of all ages. It's an exciting boat trip that takes you as close as possible to the majestic Iguaçu Falls.
The trip begins with a trail through the lush rainforest, where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna. Next, you'll board a motorised inflatable boat that will take you across the choppy waters of the Iguaçu River, getting up close and personal with the imposing waterfalls. It's an exciting and unique experience!
