Day 1: Arrival in Argentina
Arrive in Buenos Aires and meet your driver at the airport who will transfer you to your accommodation.
- Please note: Your flight to Argentina should arrive on Saturday as the train between Viedma and Bariloche only runs on Fridays

Day 2: Buenos Aires
Head to the famous Plaza de Mayo, opposite the Casa Rosada (presidential palace) and take a stroll along the docks of Puerto Madero, an old port that has now been renovated into a modern, trendy district.
You will then be guided to the famous district of La Boca, known for its colourful tin houses and tango dancers in the street. Round off the morning in the bohemian and popular San Telmo district, one of the oldest in the city.

Day 3: Domestic flight from Buenos Aires to Trelew
Take a domestic flight from Buenos Aires to Trelew to begin your next adventure.

Day 4: Puerto Madryn
A city in the Chubut Province of Argentina, Puerto Madryn is renowned for its vibrant wildlife, including whale watching, particularly the Southern Right Whales that visit the nearby Valdés Península.
It's a popular base for exploring the natural beauty of Patagonia which boasts beaches, rugged coastlines, and diverse marine life.

Day 5: Day on the estancia
Your driver will take you to Estancia la Providencia, located 18 miles from Puerto Madryn.
Enjoy a tour of the Estancia and family olive grove, before sitting down for a delicious Asado meal - the Argentinian barbecue.

- In the afternoon, relax by the fire in winter, or walk (30 minutes) or drive (5 minutes) to the beach
- You may be lucky enough to spot whales pass by during whale season (June to November)

Day 6: Doradillo Beach or Punta Leona Reserve by bike
Pick up your bike hire at the agency opposite your hotel and set off along the coast.
Cycle to Doradillo Reserve, where you might see southern right whales from the beach, or set off to Punta Leona Reserve, which is home to one of the largest colonies of sea lions in South America.
This tour can be done on a classic bike or an electric bike (subject to availability and an extra charge).

Day 7: Overnight train journey Viedma - San Carlos de Bariloche
Enjoy free time in Viedma, found along the banks of the Río Negro River with a rich history as one of the oldest European settlements in Patagonia.

- You will board the "Patagonico" train at 5 pm

Day 8: Bariloche
On arrival at Bariloche bus station at 1:30 pm, your driver will meet you and take you to a Mapuche community.

Day 9: Your day of activities with the locals
Today you will take part in the activities of the Mapuche community, including a weaving workshop.

Day 10: Circuito chico by bike
Enjoy exploring by bike, starting off at the Campanario del Nahuel Huapi arm, then passing the entrance to the San Pedro peninsula.
After a few kilometres, you'll reach Puerto Pañuelo - a stunning river port fringed by lush forests and snow-peaked mountains.
Move on to Lago Escondido to admire the imposing Cerro Capilla mountain and find the Brazo Tristeza viewpoint and Lago Moreno Bridge - a scenic bridge with lovely views of the surrounding Andean landscape.

Day 11: Domestic flight from San Carlos de Bariloche to Buenos Aires
Take another domestic flight from San Carlos de Bariloche to Buenos Aires for your last night in the vibrant Argentinian capital.
