Things to see:
Antigua's Rainforest - Approx. 30min / 21km
Get a bird's eye view of Antigua's rainforest. Boldly stride or nervously creep along a high wire course made up of zip lines, swings, suspension bridges and a controlled parachute jump.
Barbuda
Visit the less-developed Barbuda for its wild beauty, deserted beaches and heavily wooded interior abounding in wildlife. The main village, Codrington, sits on the edge of a lagoon and its inhabitants rely largely on the sea for their existence.
Betty's Hope - Approx. 30min / 18.6km
Get to grips with the islands' colonial history: partially-restored Betty's Hope was Antigua's pioneer sugar plantation.
Great Bird Island - Approx. 30min / 18.6km
Take an excursion to Great Bird Island from Dickenson Bay. Glass-bottomed boats afford leisurely views of the reef, and a restored pirate ship sails around the island and takes passengers for day or evening trips, with food, drink and entertainment included.
Half Moon Bay - Approx. 45min / 30km
Wallow in the shallows of Half Moon Bay, a popular national park, renowned as one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches. Nearby Long Bay is protected by a reef shallow enough to walk to, making it ideal for holidaying families.
Museum of Antigua & Barbuda - Approx. 15min / 6.3km
Discover Antigua & Barbuda beyond the beaches and resorts: the Museum of Antigua & Barbuda is Antigua's oldest building. It is housed in the old Court House, built in 1750. Exhibits explore Antigua's geological origins and political and cultural history.
Watersports
Get stuck into Antigua & Barbuda's impressive range of water-sports: windsurfing, waterskiing, beachcombing, surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving are on offer, and there are over 365 beaches to practise in.
Yachting & Sailing
Enjoy the extensive yachting and sailing facilities: Antigua hosts many international yachting events and regattas throughout the year.
Other attractions include: Two Foot Bay caves, St John's Cathedral, Potworks Reservoir, Indian Town, Fig Tree Drive and Shirley Heights

Guests of Blue Waters have the distinct option of dining in three of Antigua's finest restaurants - Palm Restaurant, Bartley's Restaurant and The Cove Restaurant. In keeping with the hotel's fine dining ambience, guests are asked to dress in smart casual attire in the evening.
The Palm Restaurant
Designed to take advantage of the lavishly landscaped gardens and palm tree framed views of the Caribbean Sea, the superbly positioned Palm Restaurant grants its guests a decidedly Caribbean al fresco dining experience. While the daytime atmosphere is that of a relaxed Caribbean cafe, the hotel kindly ask that guests wear bathing suit covers, wraps, or shorts and footwear at all times. The terrace adjacent to the main restaurant is ideally suited for holiday makers who prefer a more casual setting or who choose to dine in their swimwear.
The Pelican Bar
Named for the majestic birds that frequent the Blue Waters bay, the Pelican Bar is a characteristically Caribbean bar - bright and airy with arched doorways that open onto blue waters and lush green gardens. Adjacent to the tea terrace and lobby, and just steps away from the Palm Restaurant, the Pelican Bar is a perfectly positioned venue for relaxing with a good book during the day, sipping on an early evening Antigua Kiss cocktail or dancing under the stars to the beats of a steel band.
Bartley's Restaurant
Bartley's Restaurant is one of the only restaurants in Antigua that offers comfortable, air-conditioned dining in an intimate setting. Situated within the main hotel complex, the elegantly appointed Bartley's Restaurant offers the perfect opportunity for guests to share a romantic dinner, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening of delectable entrees, fine wines, and great company.
The Cove Restaurant
This restaurant takes Caribbean dining with an Asian twist to an entirely new level. Uniquely situated on a cliff top, The Cove offers fine dining a la carte accompanied by a warm Caribbean Sea breeze and sounds of the sea below.
Room Service - Availble at an extra fee per tray
Guests may also choose to dine in the comfort and privacy of their own room. Room service is available from 7am till 10:30pm daily.
Antigua also offers a wide selection of restaurants and cuisine from French and Italian to traditional Caribbean and superb seafood. Be sure to ask the staff for recommendations if you want to venture outside of the resort.
Please note that shorts, caps and sneakers are not permitted for evening dining at Blue Waters.
Please note: some dining outlets, menu items and premium, branded or international beverages may not be included and may incur a surcharge payable locally
Your Time —
Other on-site activities include an all-weather tennis court, air-conditioned fitness room, a beauty salon with spa treatment rooms, and a games room. For those who want to venture off-site, the resort can arrange golf, sailboat excursions, horseback riding, parasailing, helicopter tours, and visits to area restaurants or casinos. They also offer live entertainment five times per week, including a steel band during Sunday brunch, piano instrumental at the Monday night Manager's Cocktail Party, and Latin Night with Ricardo Anthony.
