DAY 6: VISIT TO THE CITY OF BUKHARA
- Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided walking tour of Bukhara, a city steeped in history and architectural splendour.
- First, explore the Lyabi-Hauz complex, a captivating medieval trading square dating from the 16th to 17th centuries.
- Next, visit the Magoki-Attari Mosque, also known as the ‘Deep Mosque’, one of the earliest examples of a pre-Islamic mosque, dating back to the 9th century.
- Stroll through the first trading dome, Toki Sarrafon, before entering Toki Tilpak Furushon, where the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient Oriental bazaar envelops you, showcasing exquisite silks, carpets, and suzans crafted in the national style.

DAY 4: VISIT TO THE CITY OF SAMARKAND
- Embark on a captivating journey through Samarkand with a knowledgeable local guide, travelling in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
- Your exploration begins at the iconic Registan Square, a stunning architectural ensemble featuring three magnificent madrasas. The Ulugh Beg madrasa, dating back to the 15th century, stands proudly alongside the 17th-century Cher-Dor and Tillya-Kari madrasas. These structures, while separated by two centuries, blend seamlessly, showcasing the brilliance of their architects and creating an awe-inspiring atmosphere.
- Next, visit the Gour Emir mausoleum, an exquisite example of Central Asian architecture built in the 14th-15th centuries.
- Continue to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, constructed on Tamerlane's orders in 1404. An impressive cultural mix of modern capital, leafy Soviet city, and quiet Uzbek town, it’s a fascinating jumble of contradictions. Spot traditionally clad farmers cart their foods through a maze of houses to the bazaar.
Tashkent boasts excellent museums, including the Museum of Applied Arts, and a great dining scene. Those eager to escape the metropolis can head out to explore Ugam-Chatkal National Park, a one and a half hour drive away, for hiking, rafting and skiing in stunning surroundings.
