Expect the utmost privacy in your Casitas, where you can relax and contemplate nature at its finest from the comfort of your hammock. Sleep peacefully in your colourfully designed room, or walk out to your patio and deck, taking in the gorgeous surrounding beauty.

All rooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, mini-bars and private patios with wooden decks and magnificent views of Volcano Masaya National Park.

You will be supplied with shampoo, hair rinse, bath soaps, hand lotion, an alarm clock/radio, hair dryer, reading lamp, safe box, iron & ironing board. Plush bathrobes and pool towels are available to all guests upon request.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner daily in the main restaurant - set meal times apply - excludes drinks).

Just for you: one free welcome cocktail upon your arrival and a free afternoon appetiser served daily.

Three complimentary and lovingly prepared meals will be graciously served amidst the breathtaking views on the alfresco dining terrace, at following hours: Breakfast 7:30 to 9:00 AM. Lunch 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Dinner at 7:00 PM. The Hacienda is a small, intimate resort which does not operate a restaurant, but will happily adapt their daily offerings to accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Freshen up with a drink from the pool bar, allowing you to return to your leisurely fun in moments.

The spa offers superb massage session including a combination of deep tissue, relaxation, Swedish and hot stones. They also offer body exfoliation, body wraps, fruit masks, as well as aroma therapy, letting you re-balance your mind, body and soul however you wish. There are two packages on offer, as well as an a la carte menu.

Relax:
• Massage (60 min): Deep tissue, Swedish, hot stones & shiatsu combination

Restore:

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: can be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.

The transfer distance/time from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport to Hacienda Puerta Del Cielo Ecolodge & Spa 4* is approximately 24 miles/60 minutes.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.
If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
