Vasco's
The main restaurant is the perfect place to start and end your day. Charmingly arranged, this airy, bright space blends simple lines of contemporary décor with Mediterranean flair. Named after Vasco da Gama (the famous Portuguese explorer), serving international cuisine that is themed with Seychellois/local Creole offerings. The daily opening times are 0700-1030hrs and 1830-2200hrs.
Eden
Tucked away within the lavish gardens, Eden typifies what The H Resort is about. It allows guests to discover the true spirit of island living, as you indulge in fresh seafood and delightful assorted cuts from the barbecue. It is a beachside sanctuary providing a romantic atmosphere with wonderful views of Beau Vallon Beach. Open Tuesday-Sunday from 1900-2200hrs upon advanced prior reservation.
Seyshima
A sophisticated yet intimate restaurant situated on the lagoon. The name originates from 'Sey' for Seychelles and Shima is the Japanese term for island. Seyshima is a Teppanyaki restaurant and showcases this finest style Japanese cuisine. Advanced prior reservations are required, opening hours are from 1900-2200hrs every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Ripples
Ripples is a tastefully decorated poolside venue that exudes an air of casual charisma, setting the scene for a laidback experience. Open from 1100-1900hrs, it offers guests an impressive range of beverages and light bites.
Tête-à-Tête
For a romantic evenign to remember, indulge in a meticulously arranged dinner under the stars. The beachside dining experience offers guests the opportunity to create their own tailor-made dining experience that will inspire awe and romance. Upon advanced prior reservation, the Executive Chef and F&B Manager will meet with you to discuss the menu. Opening hours are from 1900-2200hrs.

1502, so named in honour of the year Vasco da Gama first laid eyes on the Seychelles. This lobby lounge is the quintessential embodiment of relaxed island chic. A beautifully lit venue offering expertly prepared light bites, gorgeously infused with Seychellois flavour, along with an eclectic mix of refreshing cocktails. 1502 is open daily from 0800-2300hrs.
Trader Vic's
Trader Vic’s (coming soon) is a Polynesian concept restaurant and home to the famous Mai Tai cocktail, which was created back in 1944 and literally means “the best”. Expect eclectic fusion cuisine and authentic décor. Guests will be welcomed to dine indoors and on the terrace overlooking the lagoon, whilst listening to vibrant live performances.
