Your Hotel —

Pretty Beach House is a luxury hotel nestled in the Bouddi National Park, located 90km north of Sydney, overlooking the glistening waters of Broken Bay. This small 6-star hotel comprises of 4 luxurious pavilions set on ten acres, offering discerning guests absolute privacy, world class dining, elegance and an intimate day spa.

Upon arrival, a welcome bottle of sparkling French wine and a tray of cheese will be offered to you.

Sleep

At the Pretty Beach House, the guest pavilions are elegantly decorated in colours inspired by the surroundings.

- Bayview Room (110m² / max 2 persons): The Bayview Rooms feature a private plunge pool and views of the bush and the bay.

- Hideaway Room (140m² / max 2 persons): The Hideaway Rooms are housed in a detached pavilion 50m from main house with a private plunge pool.

Taste

The main house is a collection of premium guests facilities including open plan kitchen, spectacular dining room, huge sandstone open fireplace, guest lounge, open bar, a more intimate dining space, wine cellar, day spa, outdoor communal pool and poolside pizza oven for casual al-fresco dining. In the hotels kitchen, guests are treated to seasonal, mouth-watering Italian inspired cuisine, that is often locally sourced or straight from our kitchen & herb gardens. Menus are prepared based on the finest and freshest produce available creating delicious daily menu selections. Cuisine is tailored to suit specific dietary needs and requirements of the guests. Carefully-selected accompanying wines are offered at lunch and dinner.

Experience

Guest can indulge in a whole range of activities such as private Boat / fishing charter, guided bushwalks, gourmet wine tours of the Hunter Valley region and private cooking classes to name a few.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the hotel communal infinity pool, or in the privacy of their own pavilion plunge pool. Or they may choose to take a cultural tour through the National Park, Lounge in style under the Australian sun on the sumptuous day beds on the property, paddle board, sail, or have a treatment in the relaxing day spa.

By plane:
- Sydney Airport is 105km or 1 hour 40 minutes away

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
