Sydney Scenic Tour
Visit the historic rocks and discover the history of the first convicts. Enjoy beautiful views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge as you journey through the remarkable city of Sydney. You will pass the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Tower, Oxford Street, and Paddington before arriving at the Pacific Ocean. Admire the beautiful cliffs along Tamarama and Bronte. The tour then continues on the famous Bondi Beach where you can stop for a refreshing beverage along the promenade (drinks are not included in this tour). Return to Sydney via Double Bay, Kings Cross, and Mrs Macquarie's Point for a magical view of the harbour before returning downtown.
Blue Mountains Deluxe Day Tour
The Blue Mountains are set in the heart of a unique world heritage region. The first stop in the morning is Euroka Clearing, located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the incredible World Heritage Zone 2. Here you will enjoy a morning tea before taking the road to the Blue Mountains via the highway. Visit one of the many amazing perspectives of the Jamison Valley which offers beautiful views without the crowds. The tour then continues to Eaglehawk Lookout to admire the famous Three Sisters rock formation and learn the legends behind it.
Enjoy a two-course lunch at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, a casual dining spot with stunning views of the surrounding landscape (drinks are not included). In the afternoon you will visit a selection of lookouts. The view of Govett's Leap is one of Australia's most famous lookouts with a magnificent 180-metre high waterfall at the base of the cliff. The final stop is the charming Mt Tomah Botanical Garden, where you can relax with sparkling wine or orange juice before returning to your hotel.
Sydney Cruise with Local Lunch
Board the Sensational Sydney Cruises at Campbell's Cove Pontoon, Circular Quay (floating dock located between the Overseas Passenger Terminal and Park Hyatt), to begin your lunchtime cruise.
Your host will share the rich history of Sydney Harbour and its foreshore as you journey past Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, and the bays and coves of Sydney Harbour. Enjoy, a range of group activities including swimming, kayaking, and fishing, or, simply sit back and admire the views from the comfort of a deckchair. Full Day Yarra Valley Wine Experience
Departures until 31st March: Commence the day with a visit to Punt Road Wines where the cellar door staff will share with you some of their award-winning wines. The winery has a rich history and is the ideal place to sample a selection of exciting wines that reflect the personality of the Yarra Valley. Travel to Balgownie Estate, one of the most stylish venues in the Yarra Valley with wines to match, and enjoy lunch with a glass of Balgownie Estate wine to compliment your meal. After lunch travel to Yering Farm Vineyards, a charming boutique winery. Experience wines made with traditional winemaking methods in their cellar door which showcases antique copper winemaking tools used by pioneer winemakers over a century ago - a fantastic environment to enjoy superb wines. Next, visit French Champagne company Moet and Chandon's Australian production house - Domaine Chandon. The perfect way to finish the day with a guided tour through the winery which shows how the wine is made, followed by a relaxing glass of Australia's best bubbly and a view that will leave you in awe.

Great Ocean Road Full Day
Your vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Great Ocean Road Tour. Commence the scenic drive south-west of Melbourne and onto spectacular views of the Southern Ocean known as the Surf Coast. Arrive at Split Point Lighthouse for a photo opportunity and coffee break (own expense). Wildlife in the area depending on the season may include whales, dolphins, kangaroos, echidnas and many different birds. Arrive at Apollo Bay for lunch (own expense), then see koalas and kangaroos up close on the Eucalyptus Forest. Walk at the renowned Great Ocean Road Ecolodge. Then visit the spectacular Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge, the site of the most famous 19th-century Australian shipwreck. Tour concludes at approximately 7.00pm, at which time hotel drop off will commence (Departs: Daily. Departure Time: 8:00 am. Duration: 11 hours.)
Phillip Island Full Day Tour
Your vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Phillip Island Tour. Arrive at Nobbies to view spectacular coastal scenery and two rocky outcrops abundant in marine life. From the walkways, it may be possible to catch a glimpse of Australia's largest population of fur seals living amongst the coastline. During the summer months (November to March) you will have the opportunity to visit Cowes for a stroll along the pier or have dinner (own expense). Arrive at the Penguin Parade Visitors Centre and browse through the centre and learn about the little penguins and life on this island. Just before dusk watch as the Little Penguins battle the surf and make their way to their dune burrows after a day's fishing at sea. The elevated boardwalks and viewing stands allow you to enjoy all the penguin action without disturbing them. During winter months (April to October) dinner can be purchased at the cafeteria (own expense). Tour concludes at approximately 9.30pm (April to October) and 11.30pm (November to March) at which time hotel drop-offs will commence (Departs: Daily. Barossa Food & Wine Experience
On arrival at Lambert Estate at Angaston, you will enjoy a structured wine tasting whilst sampling local seasonal produce from gourmet platters. The main course will follow, and is a feast for the senses, with two signature dishes, salad and vegetables. You may wish to purchase a glass of wine from the impressive wine selection or enjoy a coffee accompanied by their popular Chocolatier (Chocolate Port). Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto your final stop for the day will be Pindarie, a multi-tourism award-winning cellar door, which feels more like an Australian Homestead than a cellar door. The friendly staff don't just pour the wine; they share the stories behind the wines and Pindarie, a great way to finish off your Barossa Food and Wine Experience. Day Kangaroo Island Experience
With an early morning pick up from your Adelaide hotel for a scenic coach trip to Cape Jervis to connect with SeaLink's ferry for the 45-minute crossing to Kangaroo Island. On arrival travel to Seal Bay for a walk on the beach amongst a colony of rare and wild Australian Sea Lions with an experienced guide. Head to Vivonne Bay for a two-course lunch, followed by a visit to Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admiral's Arch. Remarkable Rocks provides great photographic opportunities, and the Admiral's Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful New Zealand fur seals that can be seen resting, swimming and playing in the waves or on the rocks. Return to Kingscote Airport for the return journey to Adelaide. Tour concludes at approximately 7:05 pm, at which time hotel drop-offs will commence (Departure Time: 6:45 am. Duration: 12.5 hours).

Swan Valley Gourmet Wine Cruise
On board enjoy a delicious morning tea followed by premium wine tasting with cheese and biscuits. An informative Captain's commentary about the river's history will enhance your morning's experience. Disembark at Sandalford Estate for an exclusive behind the scenes' winery tour and film presentation. This is followed by a tasting of 6 premium Sandalford wines. A 2-course lunch is served throughout the tasting allowing you to decide on your favourite wine to accompany your main course. Upon re-boarding complete your day with afternoon tea, complimentary wines and entertainment provided by our talented crew. Eat, Drink Walk Tour
Enjoy an evening journey through Perth's burgeoning food and beverage scene. Go where the locals hang out. Walk a little, eat a little and drink a little as you discover the bars and restaurants in the city centre in heritage buildings, laneways and other out-of-the-way watering holes. You will visit three unique venues, spending about 40 minutes at each venue. This will give you plenty of time to enjoy the complimentary food or beverage on arrival at each venue and discover the stories of the buildings you're visiting.
During the time between venues, you will be guided through sections of the city and discover other venues, thriving street art, laneways and intriguing spaces. You'll also learn some of the fun histories of the city as you wind your way through downtown. The tour includes two drinks and grazing food, access to drink specials, plus a free Perth digital tour download (Departs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
Experience Rottnest with Bike and Lodge Lunch
A Rottnest Express coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Pier 2, Barrack Street Jetty, the departure point of your tour. At 8.45am depart by ferry to commence a full day Experience Rottnest tour (boarding closes at 8.30am). Cruise to Rottnest Island arriving at approximately 10.45am. Explore Rottnest Island by bike at your own pace and discover secluded beaches, snorkel among the reefs and meet the local wildlife. The island is 11 kilometres long by 4 kilometres wide and takes approximately 3.5 hours to ride around. Enjoy lunch at Rottnest (Karma) Lodge. Board the ferry to depart the island. (Please reconfirm departure time as ferry times may change depending on the season). Cruise back to Barrack Street Jetty Perth, arriving between 4.00pm and 5.00pm, at which time hotel drop-offs will commence.)
