From the walkways, it may be possible to catch a glimpse of Australia's largest population of fur seals living amongst the coastline. During the summer months (November to March) you will have the opportunity to visit Cowes for a stroll along the pier or have dinner (own expense).

Arrive at the Penguin Parade Visitors Centre and browse through the centre and learn about the little penguins and life on this island. Just before dusk watch as the Little Penguins battle the surf and make their way to their dune burrows after a day's fishing at sea. The elevated boardwalks and viewing stands allow you to enjoy all the penguin action without disturbing them.

The next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer's Farm Shop, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Maggie Beer - cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products', offers tastings and sales of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. Here you can browse amongst her personally selected regional speciality goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view. 

On arrival at Lambert Estate at Angaston, you will enjoy a structured wine tasting whilst sampling local seasonal produce from gourmet platters. The main course will follow, and is a feast for the senses, with two signature dishes, salad and vegetables. Day Kangaroo Island Experience

With an early morning pick up from your Adelaide hotel for a scenic coach trip to Cape Jervis to connect with SeaLink's ferry for the 45-minute crossing to Kangaroo Island. On arrival travel to Seal Bay for a walk on the beach amongst a colony of rare and wild Australian Sea Lions with an experienced guide. Head to Vivonne Bay for a two-course lunch, followed by a visit to Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. 

Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admiral's Arch.

Remarkable Rocks provides great photographic opportunities, and the Admiral's Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful New Zealand fur seals that can be seen resting, swimming and playing in the waves or on the rocks. Cruise to Rottnest Island arriving at approximately 10.45am. Explore Rottnest Island by bike at your own pace and discover secluded beaches, snorkel among the reefs and meet the local wildlife. The island is 11 kilometres long by 4 kilometres wide and takes approximately 3.5 hours to ride around.

Discover Ubud, the artistic capital of Bali with a tour which will take you to the iconic attractions that shape the charm of the city.

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel around 08:00 and take you to Singapadu village to visit a traditional Balinese house where you can admire its authentic architectural style. The next stop is the Ubud Monkey Forest, home to hundreds of macaques guarding the Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal temple (sacred bathing temple).

Lunch will be served in a typical restaurant. After lunch, visit the Pura Saraswati temple which is dedicated to Dewi Saraswati, the goddess of learning, literature and arts. This tour brings you a full day trip to discover some of the best natural and cultural attractions of Bali’s central and eastern regions. Feel the essence of Bali from up close with its many wonders. Start the journey with a pick up by your guide at 8.30am at your hotel and drive north east to the Klungkung regency. Your first stop is the ancient court of Kertagosa and its compound and unique paintings on the ceilings. Next, enjoy a scenic drive through the Bukit Jambul area, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on the drive to Besakih, Bali’s mother temple.

Explore this vast religious monument and learn its history and role in Hinduism in Bali. Drive back south, with lunch at a local restaurant in Rendang. Then, head to a local coffee plantation to find out the secrets behind the famous Luwak coffee and Indonesian spices. This is followed with the exploration of Kehen Temple, the state temple of Bangli Kingdom with great steps leads to the beautifully decorated entrance gate. It is one of Bali’s most beautiful temples dating back to the 11th century.
