This tour visits all of Namibia's hot-spots including Etosha National Park, the country's greatest wildlife reserve. At various waterholes zebra, wildebeest and gemsbok drink to the trumpeting of elephants and roaring of lions.

Then on to Damaraland, a mountainous wilderness region renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. The hills contain Namibia's best known rock art and unique wildlife which includes the desert-adapted elephant and free roaming black rhinos.

On to Swakopmund with its colonial architecture, atmospheric streets and delicious seafood, then finally to Sossusvlei in the heart of the Namib Desert and home to the world's tallest sand dunes, some of which tower over 300 metres high. Watching the changing mood and colours at sunrise and sunset is one of Namibia's highlights.

2 Night Damara Mopane Lodge
Built in the wattle and daub style under mopane trees and connected by a labyrinth of paths, the main building and chalets of the lodge look like an African village.The walls are adorned with copies of the rock engravings at Twyfelfontein.

Each of the 60 air-conditioned double room chalets sits in a vegetable and herb garden surrounded by a low wall. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, lounge, bar and swimming pool.

2 Nights - Beach Hotel Swakopmund
