Day 1: UK - Memphis
Fly to memphis and transfer to your hotel where you will stay for 3 nights.
Memphis is a pilgrimage for those wanting to visit the birthplace of the blues, of soul and of rock 'n' roll. On Beale Street, W.C. Handy put down on paper the first written blues music. Elvis, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash all recorded at the historic Sun Records, which is now a museum.
Graceland, the second most-visited home in America, welcomes visitors from around the world who yearn for a peek into the life of "the King." Beyond the music, Tennessee's largest city also offers much more. It has more sunny days each year than Miami, and combines southern tradition and hospitality with modern amenities. You'll enjoy great dining (make sure you sample the barbecued ribs), art galleries and exciting nightlife.
Day 4: Memphis - New Orleans
You will be transferred to Memphis Central Station today for your Amtrak® journey to New Orleans. On arrival in New Orleans you will be transferred to your hotel for three nights.
Famous for its unique array of music and culture, Louisiana is home of the Mardi Gras festivities. Capture the essence of the carnival through elaborate displays and artefacts found in the State Museum.
Take a trip on the infamous riverboats which ply the mighty Mississippi river or enjoy the State Parks and historic sites which have won awards for their outstanding scenery and cultural and architectural values.
Day 7: New Orleans
Today, you will be transferred to your cruise ship Carnival Dream for embarkation. Dinner is included.
Day 8-9: At Sea
Blessed with powdery-white sand beaches, stunning natural surrounds and lusciously rich tropical forests, Roatan Island is a paradise for beach and nature lovers alike. Set amidst the beautiful Bay Islands, off the north coast of Honduras, Roatan is lapped by the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Perhaps explore the island on an optional discovery tour of the east or west coast of the island. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
The colourful Caribbean city of Belize City is the former capital of Belize. Spend time in the old city, with its colourful, wooden colonial houses, narrow streets, and edgy modern structures, which provide the city with a unique character. Do not miss St John's Cathedral, built in 1847 and the oldest, most important Anglican Church in Central America, or the famous lighthouse, which marks the grave of the Portuguese Baron, a man who left a great fortune to Belize. Or perhaps venture further afield to explore ancient Mayan cities. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
This fantastic destination has an ancient lighthouse and plenty of opportunity so see wildlife in its natural surroundings. With exotic birds, sandy beaches and mouth-watering food, you will think you're in heaven.
Whether you're a beginner or an expert, Cozumel offers some of the best snorkelling and scuba diving in the Caribbean, with the perfect combination of colourful reefs, transparent water and sunny skies. Or you can descend 90 feet and explore the underwater world by submarine. If you prefer dry land under your feet, check out the ruins at Tulum, once a great Mayan city.
Day 13: At Sea

After breakfast, disembark your ship and transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK. Includes Breakfast.
