The menu showcases the finest seasonal produce from Devonshire, expertly prepared to highlight the flavors of the Southwest. Honoured with the prestigious AA Two Rosettes for seven consecutive years.

 

Hub Kitchen will unveil its doors on May 25th, 2024. Operating hours are Friday to Monday, from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and daily during peak seasons. Indulge in quick snacks or gourmet takeaway options, accompanied by a refined selection of beverages at its intimate bar.

 

The Library Bar welcomes guests exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, while the main bar offers its services daily.
