Your Itinerary in Detail —
Day 1 - Belém
Arrival at Lisbon airport and transfer to your accommodation.
Belém will be your first stop, the greatest cultural heritage and with many monuments, such as the Belém Tower, the Monument of the Discoveries, and the Monastery of the Hieronymites, and of course a quick stop at the pastry shop to taste the pastels of Belém... delicious!

Day 2 - Lisbon
Spend a full day in Lisbon where you will discover the secrets of the Portuguese capital. Lisbon is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe! The "cidade das sete colinas" (city of seven hills) was originally built on seven hills along the Tagus River. There are many places with marvellous views!
Enjoy Fado evening: dinner with Fado show (traditional Portuguese songs).

Day 3 - Sintra
It's not time to make good use of your included rental car to head to Sinta! This city was the former summer residence of the Portuguese kings, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. Before lunch visit the magical Pena Palace. Then, the tour continues to the westernmost point of Europe (Cabo da Roca), followed by a visit to the fishing village of Cascais with stunning beaches and coastline. On your way back, you will drive via Estoril, on the coast.

Day 4 - Coimbra and Aveiro
Next up Coimbra! In terms of historical meaning and romantic beauty, Coimbra is second only to Lisbon and Porto. Its ancient buildings cling to the hillside rising above the curves of the Mondego River, the ornate buildings of the famous University of Coimbra are its crowning glory.
Then, continue to Aveiro, a city crossed by canals, known as the Venice of Portugal, where you can still see their "moliceiros" and taste the delicious "ovos-moles."

Day 5 - Guimarães and Braga
Kick start your day by visiting Guimarães, a city surrounded by hills, which is considered the cradle of the Portuguese nation. In the afternoon, head to Braga, one of the most beautiful surprises in the north of Portugal. Founded by the Romans under the name of Bracara Augusta, it really prospered in the 6th century, under the Visigoths.
Return the rental car to the station in the city centre (except Sunday).

Day 6 - Porto
One of the oldest cities in Europe, Porto has several famous historical attractions and monuments that you must see! Even better - most of them are within walking distance of each other and located in the historic centre, proclaimed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The traditional thing to do in Porto is undoubtedly Port wine tasting. Port wine is a Portuguese fortified wine produced in the Douro Valley. You have a guided tour of the cellars with a tasting of 3 Port wines "Casa Ferreirinha", producer of the famous "Velha Barca". The Ferreira Cellars received the award "Best of Wine Tourism Awards".

Day 7: All good things have an end, it's time to head back to the airport!
