Your Time
The Marlin Hotel 4* is located near the magnificent, ever-verdant St. Stephen's Green (Dublin's equivalent to New York's Central Park). The Green (as it's affectionately known by locals), is a great meeting point, and a lovely place where to sit and while away a little time ... simply watching the world go by, or reading a spot of Irish literature under a weeping willow tree.
You'll find the iconic Grafton Street and South William Street only a one-minute walk away. What's more, Trinity College is also just around the corner (5-minutes walk), plus the Convention Centre / IFSC Area too (20-minutes walk).
The hotel is a short stroll from many of Dublin's most famous landmarks, as well as the key shopping and cultural areas of the city. What's more, the city's tram system stops just steps from the hotel's front door, so spreading your wings and heading farther afield, couldn't be easier.
Enjoy an early-morning workout at the hotel's gym, or hit the treadmill after a day exploring the city, if your energies suffice!

Dublin —
Take a stroll through Dublin’s elegant Georgian streets and squares, making your way to Trinity College at the heart of the city. Visit the beautiful Book of Kells, an illuminated manuscript of the four Christian gospels dating to the 9th century, and one of the country’s finest national treasures. From there you can wander up Grafton Street for the best that the city has to offer in shopping, exploring the wonderful side streets that are full of cosmopolitan coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.
Enjoy lunch in one of the many fantastic restaurants. Afterwards, explore the troubled story of Ireland’s struggle for freedom and independence by visiting the atmospheric and moving Kilmainham Gaol. If you prefer something at a gentler pace, stroll through the grounds of the nearby Royal Hospital Kilmainham which is home to the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA).
