Indonesia
Fancy visiting an archipelago of characterful islands? A nature trip par excellence, Indonesia is a maze of wild and exuberant landscapes, some of which are dominated by volcanoes that are still active. In contrast, the sprawling cities will impress you with their bustle.
Are you looking for a quiet getaway in touch with the local culture? Get off the beaten track and visit the country in an atypical way, discovering villages lost at the end of small roads.
But Indonesia is also an impressive mix of different architectural styles. You'll be blown away by the sheer size of the capital, Jakarta, one of the world's largest cities and a testament to the different cultures that make up the country. Finally, treat yourself to a moment of magic by attending a traditional dance performance and take advantage of a visit to one of the city's many markets to bring back a souvenir!
