The BC Wildlife Park is a non-profit society dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of animals. In fact, over 60% of the park's animals are rescued.
The park offers many activities for young and old, including animal care presentations, bird-of-prey shows, a water park and playground, and the Wildlife Express train. Many animals can be seen here, including wolves, bears, cougars, reptiles, raccoons, and birds.

- Driving license: driver's license of more than one year from the country of origin must be presented. If the license from the country of origin does not have an English or French translation that allows the agents to clearly identify the person, the category of vehicle they are authorized to drive and the restrictions imposed, the client must also present an international license issued in the same jurisdiction
- Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS type - no debit cards accepted) in the name and first name of the driver. The credit card used for the deposit must be in the same name as the primary driver. The magnetic stripe must not be defective or Avis reserves the right to withhold your rental car. No prepaid credit cards will be accepted

The fuel is the responsibility of the driver who must return the vehicle with the initial fuel level. The vehicle must be returned to the branch with a full tank of gas. If the vehicle has not been refueled, a fee of $3.69/liter and a full tank of gas will be charged

LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) includes:
- This protection covers collision (for material damage to the vehicle in case of an accident) or loss of the vehicle (fire, theft, vandalism). In all cases, a police report or an amicable report must be presented to Avis
- When you rent a car with AVIS, the law requires that you pay a deductible whether or not you are responsible for the accident or breakdown. However, in flagrant cases of IRRESPONSIBLE DRIVING (gross negligence, excessive speed, failure to obey a red light or stop sign, etc.) or DANGEROUS DRIVING (under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for example), the insurance is automatically VOID and the driver becomes responsible for ALL DAMAGES caused to the vehicle
- At all times, you are responsible for the accessories: loss of vehicle keys, mirrors, tires and windshields
- When you rent a car with AVIS, the law states that: a deductible applies in all cases (according to the rate mentioned above) whether you are responsible or not.
- Deductible amounts: $300 deductible applies to Compact, Intermediate or Full Size vehicles and a $500 deductible applies to Minivan, 4x4, Luxury. These conditions are decided by the lessor and they cannot be modified
