Your Itinerary —
Day 1: UK - Naples
Depart on your scheduled flight to Naples. Upon arrival, you'll transfer to your hotel in the delightful village of Minori, which is surrounded by clear blue waters that stretch up onto a pretty stretch of beach and beyond that are lush green hills dotted with romantic clusters of lemon and orange groves. Settle in your 4* hotel, your base for the next 7 nights.
Minori is a delight to explore: its colourful houses with their varied pastel colours that stretch from the sea all the way up to Ravello. Take a stroll through its streets and you'll discover the lovely Basilica of Santa Trofimena as well as a selection of cafes and bars.
Dinner is included.
No trip to this beautiful region of Italy is complete without a trip to its namesake: the picturesque town of Amalfi. Spend 3/4 of the day in this beautifully situated town, between the turquoise seas and the lush green Amalfi hills, and pay a visit the impressive marble Romanesque cathedral which is said to hold the remains of St. Andrew. After this, you will continue along to the cliff-top town of Ravello, perched high above Amalfi, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where you will find the wonderful gardens of Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo as well as a striking cathedral.

This lively resort, set above the Bay of Naples, has long been the haunt of the rich and famous. On your full-day visit you'll witness some truly stunning scenery as well as a fantastic variety of elegant restaurants, typically Italian pavement cafes and shops selling all manner of items from handmade souvenirs to bottles of the locally produced delicacy: Limoncello.

Spend come time at leisure in the charming village of Minori or you can choose an optional excursion to the enchanting Capri, a favoured spot of international jet-setters since the 1950s.
From its idyllic port of Marina Grande you will visit the hillside village of Anacpri, the wonderful Gardens of Ceasar Augustus and witness the distinctive Faraglioni rocks in the company of your local guide. You may find yourself lured by into the exclusive boutiques of Capri Village or maybe you'll decide to take the chair lift up from Anacapri to the highest point of the nisland, from whense you can admire the spectacular views across to the mainland.
Today's 1/2 day tour is sure to be a highlight of the trip where you will visit the legendary Pompeii, a Roman town frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79AD. What remains is a fascinating collection of ruins that offer a remarkable insight into the last days of the people who lived here. In the company of a knowledgeable Local Guide, you'll have the opportunity to wander around its ancient streets where you can admire the abundance of frescoes which still adorn the walls, and visit bakeries with their bread ovens and flour grinders steadfastly intact.
Day 7: The Amalfi Hills
You've explored the sublime coastline, now delve into Amalfi's vineyard-rich hills where you can sample the fruity local wines and enjoy a spot of lunch - the perfect way to round off your Italian holiday. Or stay by the pool, lounging in the sun.
Day 8: Amalfi - UK
Today you'll transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
