Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (Dinner Included)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’re welcomed by our guide and transferred to your hotel in the city centre. You will have a chance to enjoy a very special traditional Vietnamese massage session at Sen Garden (this service has several stages and lasts about 2 hours). You will visit Ngoc Son Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old City. Free time for the remainder of the day. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Sightseeing (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. At 09h00 you visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), the Temple of Literature (first university of Vietnam) and enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology, a valuable centre for the exhibition and preservation of the cultural achievements of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. You'll return to the city centre for a 45-minute cyclo ride in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Free time to enjoy your hotel’s facilities. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
After breakfast, you will depart by road to Halong Bay, a world heritage site of outstanding natural beauty. Travel through the rich agricultural lands of the Red River Delta and witness rice paddy landscapes, water buffaloes, and the daily life of Vietnamese villagers. You arrive at Ha Long Bay after a 3 1/2 hour drive. You will embark your boat and enjoy a delicious lunch. The cruise goes through many rocks and islets in various forms. The cruise stops to visit floating villages or for clients to swim or enjoy sea paddling with kayaks. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
For early riser, enjoy a Taichi class on sundeck before a light breakfast with tea/coffee and pastries. Then you will move to a day boat and cruise to Lan Ha bay, where you will spend day time for swimming, sea kayaking, explore hidden lagoon, small islets etc. Lunch on board. In the afternoon, you will return to the big boat and enjoy your comfortable room. Dinner and overnight on boat.

Day 5: Ha Long – Da Nang – Hoi An (Brunch Included)
In the morning, you continue the cruise to discover the beauties of the bay before returning to dock. The junk continues towards the port of Ha Long. A light lunch or brunch will close this magnificent cruise. All the crew will come to goodbye to you and thank you when arriving at the port at about 11:00. Your driver is waiting for you and transfers you back to Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi. You take the flight to Da Nang. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An – Sightseeing (Breakfast Included)
Breakfast at your hotel, free time to enjoy your hotel. In the afternoon, take a guided walking tour around Hoi An Ancient Town. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Hall, and the local market. There are numerous art galleries, souvenirs and tailor shops where you can get some express made-to-order clothes if you like. The next visit is to the home of a craftsman in the old streets. Here you’ll have a brief introduction to the history, shape and colour of the lanterns as well as steps of making them. After that, you can make a lantern on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An – Hue (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
After breakfast, you will be driven to Hue. On the way to Hue, you will cross the Hai Van Pass which offers a superb panorama of the central coastline and the beach of Lang Co - one of the most beautiful beaches of Vietnam – from its summit. Arrival in Hue after 3 hours drive. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, you visit the Imperial Citadel (World Cultural Heritage) including Flat Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, and then the Thien Mu Pagoda. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 8: Hue - Free day (Breakfast Included)
After your breakfast, free time to enjoy your beautiful resort and your complimentary amenities. Overnight in Hue.

Day 9: Hue – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
After breakfast, you will be driven to Hue Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh city. On arrival, your guide and driver will pick you up and drive to the hotel to leave luggage (rooms are available from 14:00). Lunch at a local restaurant. You will visit the Reunification Palace and Notre Dame Cathedral, the colonial districts and the Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta/Ben Tre – Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Ben Tre–the province located near the mouth of the Mekong River & surrounded by Tien Giang, Vinh Long & Tra Vinh Provinces with many rivers. Only 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh city by car, Ben Tre is a good option to avoid the usual tourist trails and allow customers experience the Delta as its peaceful, laid back, friendly and natural style. After around 2.5-hours-drive from busting Saigon, you will arrive Ben Tre. You then board on cruise, a new boat with design open on all sides to allow the river breezes to flow freely. As meandering down the Mekong, you'll have a chance to observe from the comfort of your cruise as it plays out on the riverbanks: the people, the stunning landscapes while your attentive crew serves cold drink and seasonal fruit. Visit to see how local peel off coconut husk by simple tools. Next is a tuk-tuk ride taking you to a local family making coconut-leaves-swobs. Meet our friendly host, gain an insight into local traditional methods to make a swob. Hands-on and have fun experiences.

Continue with a relaxing bike ride on the lush and ever green rural road. Cycle through peaceful villages, meet friendly & smiling locals saying hello and feel the tranquil scenes of rural life. Next is a rowing boat through the crisscross canals. Be relaxed while observing the slow pace of Mekong Delta life. You then have a short walk on the narrow village lane to Mr. Ba’s family. His hospitable greetings and tasty local cake will make you feel that being at home. His family member is happy to share you the local cake making procedure. Join them, try to make one local cake on your own under their enthusiastic instruction.

Enjoy tea with honey and dried coconut while chatting with them about their daily routine, the local culture, custom and why you don’t let a local fortune-teller tell you what is supposed to happen in the future. Lunch is served with Mekong specialties at riverside restaurant. Relax, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere before transferring to the pier where the waiting driver will take you, then transfer by road to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh – Departure (Breakfast Included)
You will be free in Ho Chi Minh City until being transferred to the airport for your departure flight.

You must ensure you have a valid passport to travel on.

Until 30 June 2021, ‘British Citizen’ passport holders travelling for tourism can enter Vietnam for up to a maximum of 15 days (counting the dates of entry and exit) without a visa. If you have a different type of British nationality – for example ‘British national (overseas)’ you’ll need to get a visa before entering Vietnam.

For longer durations of 16 to 30 days (for example if you arrive in Vietnam on 23^rd August and leave on 7^th September), you must get an e-visa online before you travel. The use of an e-visa is limited to certain entry/exit points which you must select at the time of application. E-visas are only applicable to ‘British Citizen’ passport holders.
