Your Destination —

The Algarve is famed for its stunning beaches and scenery. The beaches in and around Carvoeiro are a superb mix of blue ocean and white sand, with wonderful, hidden caves waiting to be explored. Carvoeiro is a small but popular resort which boasts various shops, restaurants and cafes - ideally situated for family fun days out. There are two water parks within easy reach - the closest being Slide and Splash at Lagoa and Aqualand just slightly further away at Alcantarilha. If water parks aren't for you then there is Zoomarine Sealife Park at Guia and a Krazy World at Algoz to choose from.

If you have something a little more relaxing in mind, then a trip to Silves is a lovely day out with its Moorish castle and riverside walks. A walk around the castle walls allows you to have a bird's eye view of the town and surrounding countryside and there are lots of pavement cafés to stop at for a cool drink afterwards. Add our car hire option to explore the area with ease.

Mystery Hotel 5* —

This Mystery Hotel 5* is a luxury resort, nestled between the two fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The resort offers 85 tastefully appointed rooms, surrounded by lush gardens, lakes and creeks, carefully designed to create a truly relaxing environment.

With an on-site golf course and spa, and a close proximity to numerous beautiful beaches, this retreat is sure to keep all the family entertained! Suites and villas are fully equipped for self-catering but there is also an on-site restaurant and bar if you want to relax and treat yourself on holiday.

If you are travelling to the EU, the UK government recommends that you have six months left on your passport on the date of your arrival to an EU country. You should also check when your passport was renewed.

If you renewed a 10-year adult passport before it expired, extra months may have been added to your passport’s expiry date. These extra months over 10 years will not count towards the 6 months that must be remaining. Car Hire —

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Portugal is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.
