Your Destinations —
Sicily
Sicily is rightly considered one of the world’s most iconic travel destinations. It is the largest island in the Mediterranean and has long been known as a 'melting pot' of ancient cultures due to its location on the major Mediterranean shipping routes.
The landscape of Sicily is beautiful and varied. In the north-east, Mount Etna, with its fertile slopes and valleys, supports a number of vineyards. In the south-east there are the beautiful forest-covered mountains; the landscape characterised by soft hills, with vineyards, olive groves, almond trees, citrus and the characteristic carob trees.
To the west, the landscape becomes gentler with soft, rolling hills, and it is here one finds long sandy beaches. The weather is mild all year round and temperatures will not normally drop below 15 degrees, even in the coldest months.
Palermo
Famed for its dazzling coastline, stunningly diverse history and delectable cuisine, Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, is a destination that constantly impresses and evolves, welcoming a consistent flock of year-round tourists.
For first-time visitors, we recommend beginning your adventures in the thriving capital, Palermo, where no end of historical monuments sit side by side with ornate palaces, ancient churches and sprawling museums. Finally, no stay in sun-soaked Sicily is complete without at least one day spent lounging on the beach!
Lipari
Welcome to Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily. Of volcanic origin, the island with its mountainous terrain and crystal clear waters offers breathtaking views and complete escapism within its enchanting natural landscapes. Stroll through the streets of Lipari, where you'll find treasures forged from volcanic rock and unique souvenirs crafted by locals. Discover the archaeological fortress which overlooks the city and houses a magnificent museum. Recharge your batteries and succumb to the slow-living of island life, and make sure to indulge in Italian gastronomy, accompanied by delicious local wine.
Vulcano
Vulcano is the southernmost island of the archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. Separated from Lipari by a narrow arm of the sea, it is a gem of rare beauty and authentic nature that manifests itself through the lush vegetation, the fumaroles, the pool with mud located near the port, the sulfur fumes and the boiling hot water, close to the Levante beach. The volcano overlooks the island like a monolithic guardian, and hiking enthusiasts may even climb to its top.
Discover the beach of Baia di Ponente, 550m from the island's harbour. This is a perfect location for exploring the island - take a walk into the town of Vulcano Porto, or setting off for a hike up the unmissable island volcano.
