Start in Toronto, situated on Lake Ontario, with its soaring skyscrapers and dominated by the famous CN Tower. Then, cross the country aboard 'Le Canadien' and admire the country's incredible landscapes from your train cabin, between Winnipeg, Manitoba and the Rockies... All the way to Vancouver.

Day 1-3: Toronto
Enjoy Day 1-3 at leisure to discover this wonderful city.
- Toronto, nicknamed the 'Queen of Ontario', is a dynamic, multicultural city renowned for its ethnic diversity, thriving arts scene and famous CN Tower.
- Toronto's neighbourhoods, such as Kensington Market, Chinatown, and the Distillery District, reflect the city's cultural richness with a variety of cuisines, shops and unique experiences.
- Its welcoming atmosphere and passion for sport, particularly ice hockey with its team, the Maple Leafs, make Toronto a must-see destination for travellers from all over the world.
Day 4-7: Le Canadien train from Toronto to Vancouver
- Take your seat for a 9:55 AM departure aboard your train, Le Canadien, from Union Station.
- This first leg of your transcanadian adventure is the longest, and offers a great opportunity to get make new Canadian acquaintances on board.
- Aboard the trans-Canada train, you will travel along the rivers of Ontario and across the great plains, all the way to the Rockies.
Day and overnight on board
DAY 5 : ONTARIO - MANITOBA (aboard Le Canadien train)
- Spend the day aboard the trans-Canada train (meals are included).
- Admire the landscapes of Ontario and Manitoba from the comfort of the panoramic carrriage.
- The time change (-1 hour) even allows you to extend the experience... making it seem as though your holidays in Toronto and Vancouver last longer than usual.
- In the evening, arrive in Winnipeg. After a short stop, your epic journey aboard Le Canadien will resume its course.
Overnight on board.
DAY 6: MANITOBA - SASKATCHEWAN (Le Canadien train)
- Spend the day aboard the trans-Canada train (meals are included).
- Cross the border into a different Canadian province, the terrain and vegetation change.
- The vast fields of Manitoba give way to the green grass plains of Saskatchewan.
- Enjoy contemplating the changing landscape and shifting light from the panoramic carriage.
- Passengers are welcome to participate in short talks and gather for food tastings which are organised during the day in the fascinating panoramic dome carriage which offers an unbeatable, immersive view of the landscape, and is open all day.
Overnight on board.
DAY 7 :JASPER (ALBERTA)
- Arrival in the magnificent Rockies. The transcanadien train makes a stop in Jasper at 6:30 AM and will remain docked for nearly 3 hours.
- Departure at 9:30 AM. Through the window of your compartment or from the dome carriage, the vertiginous Rockies and Mount Elbert (4,401m) are revealed in all their splendour.
- Brunch is served between 9.30 AM and 1 PM in the restaurant carriage.

DAY 8: VANCOUVER
- Arrival of the trans-Canada at Vancouver Pacific Station at 8 AM.
- Enjoy your final breakfast on board before leaving Le Canadien to heading off to enjoy a personal tour of British Columbia's capital.
Day 8-11: Vancouver
After a marvellous train journey, you'll alight from 'Le Canadien' in Vancouver.
- Nicknamed 'the Pearl of the Pacific', Vancouver is a captivating coastal city located on Canada's west coast in British Columbia.
- Surrounded by a breathtaking landscape of majestic mountains and sparkling ocean, Vancouver offers an exceptional natural setting for residents and visitors alike.
- Its historic Gastown district, multicultural neighbourhoods such as Chinatown and Little Italy, and iconic parks such as Stanley Park, make it a destination rich in culture and natural beauty.

During the day, one or two folding armchairs will keep you comfortable during the journey. At night, a berth replaces the armchairs (1 upper berth and 1 lower berth for double cabins).

You will be able to choose your airline and flight times when you make your booking. This flight may include one or more stopovers. The stopover may be technical (without a change of aircraft) or transit (with a change of aircraft).
Luggage information
Baggage, meals and other services on board certain flights may be subject to a charge. You will find out whether your airfare includes baggage when you choose your airline and timetable. If your fare does not include baggage, please go to the airline's website before your departure with your travel file reference to find out the exact fare and purchase your extra baggage. If you choose a low-cost airline, you will be able to add your baggage during the booking process.
