Day 3: Phuket - Koh Yao Yai
Leave for Koh Yao Yai - a serene island in Thailand's Phang Nga Bay, known for its stunning beaches, lush jungle landscapes, and a glimpse into traditional Thai island life.
- Transfer from Phuket Hotel to Pier, then take speedboat to reach Koh Yao Yai and transfer to Elixir Koh Yao Yai

Day 4: Meet the Koh Yao Yai Community
Discover authentic island life and the community on Koh Yao Yai and spend the day spotting monkeys picking coconuts as well as learning more about the rubber extraction process and rice paddy cultivation.
Prepare your own dessert (Thai banana with coconut milk) for lunch then relax on a floating platform or cool off with a swim before returning to the hotel.

Day 6: Koh Yao Yai - Phang Nga Bay James Bond Island - Khao Lak
Board a typical long-tail boat to reach Phang Nga Bay and pass through mangrove forests to reach the famous James Bond Island (Koh Tapu).
Leave for the village of Koh Panyee, a gigantic fishing village built on stilts, where lunch will be served in a local restaurant. Wander the traditional houses and browse the charming shops selling selling fabrics, shells, jewellery and souvenirs.

Day 7: Cultural experiences in Khao Lak
Witness the traditional morning blessing and prayer ceremony of Buddhist monks in the local village and temple, followed by a walk through the temple gardens. Visit an original local food market, the site of Thailand's royal post-tsunami shipyard project and sample authentic Thai cuisine at lunch.
You will also enjoy a short tour of the mangrove channel by longtail boat from a local pier.

There is no landing stage on the islands, so you will have to go straight down to the beach. Speed boat trips will not be private; these are boats with a minimum of 2 engines. The various boats used are local.
