Your Itinerary in Detail —
Day 1 - 2
Day 1: Arrival in Amman
Amman is the capital city of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, a country located in the Middle East. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, with a history dating back thousands of years. Today, Amman is a bustling and modern metropolis with a population that has grown significantly in recent decades. It serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of Jordan.
Amman's architecture is a blend of old and new. You can find ancient ruins, such as the Roman Theater and the Amman Citadel, juxtaposed with modern skyscrapers and infrastructure. The city's cultural scene includes museums, galleries, theaters, and music venues that reflect its diverse heritage.
Jordanian cuisine is a significant part of Amman's identity. Visitors can enjoy traditional dishes such as falafel, shawarma, mansaf (a traditional Jordanian dish), and a variety of mezze (small appetizer dishes).

Day 2: Amman - Desert Castle - Jerash - Amman
The desert castles were built between the 7th and 8th centuries under the Umayyads caliphs who made Damascus their new capital in 661. Most castles are located on the ancient trade route to Medina and Kufa. Jordan's desert castles are magnificent examples of both early Islamic art and architecture. Their fine mosaics and frescoes, stonework and stucco are inspired by the best Persian and Greco-Roman architecture. Called castles for their imposing appearance, the desert complexes actually served several purposes, including caravan stations, agricultural and trade centres, holiday pavilions and outposts that helped distant rulers forge links with local Bedouins.
- Breakfast
- Visit the desert castles (Qasr Amra, Qasr Al Kharraneh and Qasr Al Azraq)
- Dinner (excluding drinks)
- Overnight hotel stay
Day 3 - 5
The waters of the Dead Sea have been known to many for centuries as the only place in the world where this special combination of thermal benefits exists. The special solar radiation and climate conditions, the enriched oxygen atmosphere, the mineral-rich sea salt, the thermal springs and the mineral-rich mud all provide effective medical treatment and therapeutic benefits that attract visitors from all over the world.
You will have a great time sunbathing, swimming and dining, enjoying a strange but wonderful experience: "floating on the surface of the water", its high buoyancy is due to the fact that its salinity is nine times higher than that of ordinary sea water.
- Breakfast
- Visit the Dead Sea
- Dinner
- Overnight hotel stay
Day 4: Dead Sea - Madaba – Wadi Al Mujib Road – Little Petra (Siq al-Berid) – Petra
Madaba is a small city in central Jordan, 33 km south of the capital Amman. It was an important early Christian station on the pilgrimage route from Jerusalem to Mount Nebo via the Jordan River.
This city is a gift among the many churches decorated with mosaics, hence the name "City of Mosaic". The city is now inhabited by both Christians and Muslims and is an example of religious tolerance between Christians and Muslims in Jordan. In addition, it is also known as the location of the "Madaba Map" in the St. George churches, which were built in the 6th century depicting Jerusalem and parts of the Holy Land.
You'll also visit Al Beidha, better known as Little Petra. You enter the site through a narrow canyon called Siq Al-Barid, the "cold Siq". The name refers to the fact that the high walls prevent sunlight from entering the canyon and heating it up. The Siq is 350 meters long with three wider areas inside. It is believed that Little Petra was an important suburb of Petra, the entry and exit point for the trade routes to the north and northwest. Here the caravans from the Negev, Gaza, Jerusalem, Egypt and the Mediterranean coast arrived, rested and traded.

Day 5: Petra
The gigantic red mountains and vast mausoleums of a vanished race have nothing in common with modern civilization and demand nothing from it, except to be appreciated - as one of the greatest marvels ever wrought by nature and man.
Although much has already been written about Petra, nothing really prepares you for this amazing place. You have to see it to believe it. Petra is one of the world's wonders on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is without a doubt Jordan's most valuable treasure and biggest tourist attraction. It is a unique city, carved into the escarpment by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2,000 years ago. Their presence made it an important hub for the silk, spice and other trade routes connecting China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome.

Day 6 - 8
Day 6: Petra – Wadi Rum (4x4 Jeep tour)
Wadi Rum is the largest and most beautiful desert landscape in Jordan and is also called the "Valley of the Moon". You can explore the desert with a 4x4 SUV, but there are also excellent opportunities for special treks to discover the desert on foot.
Our team will take you to virtually undiscovered canyons where ancient Thamudic inscriptions and drawings are carved into the rock and Nabataean steps lead to higher places. You can also discover Lawrence's Well, a Nabataean temple, a desert oasis and amazing rock bridges. Everywhere you look, breathtaking panoramic views and a feeling of deep tranquility.
This is an awe-inspiring, timeless place. The weather and wind have carved the imposing, towering skyscrapers so elegantly described by T.E. Lawrence as "vast, echoing and divine".

Amman, Petra & Dead Sea
Full to the brim with epic scenery, ancient history, captivating cities and bucketlist attractions, Jordan is a popular tourist destination that offers its guests a true immersion into the charms of the Middle East.
While Jordan offers a variety of spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Sites, none are more beloved than Petra, a fascinating archaeological city that sits within a mountain gorge and features beautiful 'rose-tinted' stone. Frequently referred to as one of the seven new Wonders of the World, this architectural masterpiece is a must-stop spot on any tourist's itinerary in Jordan
For those hoping to escape the arid climate of the desert, we recommend taking advantage of Jordan's coastline with a visit to the Dead Sea. Thanks to the incredibly high salt quantities in the water, here, you can float atop the waves, make the most of the natural minerals and their healing properties and enjoy a well deserved rest, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life!
