Your Destination —

Visit the Medina (Old City) which is now a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to the largest souk in Morocco; this really is an experience that needs to be seen to be believed, with hundreds of small stalls selling all manner of objects, from foods, to tanneries selling hand dyed leather, and beautiful boutiques offering fabrics, pots, and clothing.
In the evening the unmissable and famed Jemaa El-Fna Square is alive with exotic entertainers, performers and food stalls. The square is just 10 minutes walk from your guesthouse.

A day trip to the nearby Atlas Mountains gives you the ability to leave the full-on nature of the city and escape into the blissful scenery of the picturesque mountains.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.  Just for you: VIP welcome of Moroccan sweets, mint tea and bottle of water in the room, plus Afternoon Tea served daily at 17:00 with biscuits.

Served from 08:00 - 10:30 each morning, a sumptuous breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room or, should you wish to, on the patio or terrace. After a day exploring the city you may choose to dine at Riad Badi for a relaxing and irresistible dinner.

A full Moroccan meal (starter, main course and dessert, including water) can be served at an additional charge, paid locally. The menu varies according to your desires and fresh produce. Riad Badi requests that guests inform them of any dinner plans before 11:00 each day.

Your Time —

The hotel features a small outdoor pool (unheated) with sun loungers where you can relax after a  day exploring the souks.

Badi Palace
The sumptuous palace built by Ahmed El Mansour (1593) for official receptions and audiences, was also known as "The Incomparable." It deserved its nickname: Europe's best craftsmen and most luxurious materials were used for the 360 rooms. It is said that the Carrara marble used in the palace was bought for its weight in sugar.

It took ten years to demolish when, in the 17th century, the Alaouite sultan Moulay Ismail decided to decorate his palaces at Meknes from this one. Only the ocher walls remain, within which the annual Moroccan Festival of popular music takes place. In the southeast pavilion is the minbar(pulpit) of the Koutoubia, which was made in Cordoba in the 17th century.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included for members booking flights with us. Distance between airport and hotel is approximately 6km (12 min). Those choosing accommodation only can add transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. 


Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.



The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. 



You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.



If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.



Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.



We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
