Your Hotel —

The intimate Le Sereno hotel in Saint Barthelemy stretches over 180 metres along the edge of the crystal clear waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac. The exceptional service and helpful staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Luxury and simplicity are key in this exclusive establishment, which is a reflection of the island's distinctive energy. For the perfect start to your holiday, you will be treated to 1 bottle of champagne per room and per stay.

Sleep

The modern, airy and spacious villas at the hotel offer the perfect setting for guests to truly relax. Boasting stunning views and first class services, they will make your stay unforgettable.

- Pool Bungalow (35 m² / max 3 persons- 2 adults): The simple and elegant Pool Bungalow features a lovely outdoor space surrounded by lush greenery, overlooking the hotel pool.

- Grande Suite Plage Sud (110 m² / max 2 persons): This spacious seafront suite boasts a stunning view of the ocean.

- Grande Suite Plage (110 m² / max 4 persons): The hotel's signature suite is more spacious than the Grande Suite Plage Sud, and also boasts a Sea View.

- Villa Sea View (80 m² / max 3 persons- 2 adults max): This Villa features a room with a separate lounge, and a comfortable fully fitted terrace with a sea view.

- Villa du Pêcheur (80 m² / max 3 persons-2 adults max): The unique Villa du Pecheur is located directly on the beach and boasts its very own private pool.

- Villa Sereno (700 m² / max 8 persons- 6 adults max): Sometimes considered the most luxurious accommodation on the island, these huge villas boast first class services and are surrounded by lush gardens, for a truly intimate break.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

By plane:
- Princess Juliana International Airport at Saint-Martin is the closest airport to the hotel (transfers to the hotel by plane are necessary).

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
