Set right at the edge of the sea, the Beach Pavilion Bar & Grill boasts a romantic atmosphere and serves fresh seafood and grilled meat, with a tantalizing Friday brunch. The Al Khiran Kitchen is an all-day dining venue overlooking the resort swimming pool and the sea with delicious buffet-style international dishes on the menu. If you fancy a lounge setting, there is the Atrium Lobby Lounge located beneath a 125-foot high domed ceiling offering decadent pastries, light meals and a signature afternoon tea. Al Maha Lounge is like a trip back into the 1920s with appetizers, and premium drinks in a jazz, soul and blues atmosphere. Please note: during the holy month of Ramadan, food and drinks outlets subject to changes in their offers and operations. This will be communicated prior accordingly.

Based over three levels within an Arabian fort-inspired structure, Al Bustan Palace Spa proposes a special wellness experience. The beachfront sanctuary pulls from Omani culture both for its design and its treatments, which feature locally sourced ingredients. Half-day tour of Muscat

Explore the great city of Muscat. Start your visit at the magnificent Great Mosque, built of sandstone and marble. The main prayer hall is adorned with handmade Persian carpets and a Swarovski crystal chandelier. From the mosque, walk through the ministerial area to Muscat's old town. Stop off at the Muttrah fish market to watch the hustle and bustle, followed by a visit to the opera house.
Next, the Muttrah souk, one of the oldest preserved souks in Oman. This is a traditional Omani market offering a wide range of products and souvenirs, such as silver jewellery and incense. Discover Oman's rich cultural heritage at Bait Al Zubair House, converted into a museum in 1998. It features a fine collection of jewellery, weapons and traditional costumes. The last stop is Al Alam Palace and the two 16th-century Portuguese forts, Mirani and Jalali (exterior only). Return to the hotel around 1pm.
Note: please respect the dress code when visiting the Grand Mosque. Women must cover themselves and their clothes.
Dolphin-watching cruise and snorkelling

Enjoy a transfer from your hotel (shared transfer) and head to the marina, where you will embark on a 2-hour boat trip (shared). The captain will take you to the best spots along Muscat's coastline, ideal for dolphin watching. Continue to a beautiful bay for snorkelling - you may even see turtles. Return to the marina and transfer to your hotel. Water and soft drinks are included on board.

Discover Nizwa, Bahla and Jibrin (minimum 2 people)

Visit the oasis town of Nizwa, once the capital of the Julanda dynasty in the 6th and 7th centuries AD. Nizwa Fort is an impressive reminder of its former importance as the political and cultural capital of Oman. Nizwa is also famous for its silverware, jewellery and handmade Omani daggers (khanjar), which can be found in the Nizwa souk.
Lunch at a local restaurant and continuation to Bahla, known for its pottery workshops and huge clay fort (photo stop only). Continue to Jibrin Castle, over 300 years old and considered one of the most beautiful buildings in Oman, with its richly decorated interior.

This tour starts at 8:30am, with a return to Muscat around 4:30pm.
Visit to the Dimaniyat Islands

Visit an island paradise on this half-day snorkelling excursion. Dimaniyat Island is renowned for its exceptional marine biosphere, with several types of coral reef, large numbers of sea turtles, white sandy beaches and pristine blue waters.
The excursion runs from 8.30am to 1.30pm.
