Transfers:
It may be possible to add return airport transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements, please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). Start your exploration of Munich in Stachus Square, with its concentration of restaurants, cafes, and shops, before moving on to the luxury boutiques on Maximilianstrasse or admire the Gothic city hall on Marienplatz. For a taste of local life, wander the Schwabing district north of the city centre, where you can take a wander through the 900-acre English Garden, and even go surfing on the Eisbach river!
Visitors to the city towards late September will find it difficult to miss the annual Oktoberfest, a historic and worlds-largest Volksfest, an expansive beer festival and funfair where visitors can taste the product of some of the city’s oldest and best breweries!
