About Grindelwald:
Grindelwald is a premier Swiss ski resort in the Bernese Oberland, offering 30 lifts and 157 kilometres (98 miles) of varied terrain. With 125 acres of skiable area and facilities including a terrain park and half pipes, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders, with additional options for beginners. The resort also features 20 kilometres (12 miles) of cross-country trails and snowmaking on about 25% of its pistes.

The Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof Grindelwald 5* is peacefully nestled within beautiful gardens in the summer and snowcapped peaks in the winter, just a two-minute walk from the centre of Grindelwald. This historic hotel has been run as a private hotel for over 40 years and has welcomed guests from all over the world - since 1892.

Boasting breathtaking mountain Eiger views and adorned with a terrace or balcony, these Superior Rooms provide you with all the necessities of a comfortable stay in Grindelwald. With cosy twin or king size beds available, the superior room has that bit of extra space needed for the most comfortable stay. The decor of each of the rooms reflects the alpine, mountain style with light wood accents and pops of colour that create a very homely, pleasant place to stay.
