Your Itinerary —
On arrival in Yangon you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to familiarise yourself with your new surroundings.
In the evening you will then enjoy a visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight in Sedona Hotel Yangon.
This morning you will be transferred to Yangon airport for an early morning flight to Bagan. On arrival at Nyaung Oo Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to freshen up before spending the rest of the day exploring. You will commence in the town and proceed to include the colourful Nyaung Oo Local Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings) and the elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings) and Tharaba Gate. In the afternoon there will be visits to Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple), Ananda Okkyaung (one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period), Thatbyinnyu (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m) and Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its remarkable brickwork). All this, before enjoying the sunset at one of the most famous temples in Bagan. Overnight in the Hotel At Tharabar Gate.

DAY 03: Bagan (Breakfast)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed to Myinkaba village and observe the process of traditional lacquer-ware which is one of the best-known Myanmar handicrafts and a speciality of Bagan. You will then visit Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi (an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence) and onto Manuha and Nanpaya temples.
In the afternoon you will enjoy a visit to the village of Minnanth and to some of the most interesting temples such as Payathonzu, Lemyethnar, Sinbyushin, Nandaminnya and Minnanthu monastery. Sunset can be enjoyed overlooking the Ayeyarwaddy River at Bupaya. Overnight in the Hotel At Tharabar Gate.
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for a flight to Mandalay. On the way to the city, visit the Maha Gandayone monastery (home to more than 1000 monks) in Amarapura and the Mahamuni Pagoda (famous for its venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf).
Afternoon sightseeing includes the Shwenandaw Monastery (noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery and the Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book). Enjoy a panoramic view of Mandalay City from the Mandalay Hill. Overnight in the Sedona Hotel Mandalay.

DAY 05 - Mandalay – Mingun – Amarapura – Mandalay (Breakfast)
Transfer to the jetty and travel by boat up the Ayeyarwady River to Mingun. Tour highlights include Pahto-taw-gyi, the unfinished Mingun Pagoda, Mingun Bell (considered the largest ringing bell in the world), the unusual architecture of Myantheintan Pagoda and the delightful views of the Ayeyarwady River and its environs.
In the afternoon, drive to visit the Shwe Inn Bin monastery and the U Bein Bridge (the world’s longest Teakwood Bridge -1208 meters long) with stops at the local workshops specializes in bronze casting, gold leaf, wood and marble carving. Overnight in the Sedona Hotel Mandalay.
This morning you will be transferred to Mandalay airport for your flight to Heho in Shan State. On arrival at Heho airport you will be met and transferred to hotel. On the way, visit RED MOUNTAIN ESTATE Vineyard & Winery; the vineyards are planted with red cultivars and it is located at the altitude of 1,000m. After wine tasting by enjoying nice overview and proceed to your hotel. After check in at Inle Lake View Resort, free at leisure.

After breakfast, you will be taken on a tour by private boat. This will include a chance to see the leg-rowing fishermen and the man-made floating gardens (hydroponic aquaculture) built up from the strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. This tour will also include a visit to the traditional lotus and silk weaving village, the cheroot Burmese mild cigar cottage industry, a traditional boat-making Nan Pan village and the Nga Hpe Chaung monastery – also known as “jumping cat monastery”. Overnight in the Inle Lake View Resort.

DAY 08 - Inle Lake (Breakfast)
This morning you will visit a floating village at Ywama (the lake’s downtown) where a floating market is held every 5 days. You’ll observe the day to day life of the local colourful tribes, as they buy and sell. You will then continue to visit a traditional silversmith village, the Five Buddha images of Phaung Daw Oo Monastery – the holiest in Inle Lake, the Buddha images have been covered in so much gold they look like balls of solid gold.
In the afternoon, you will have leisure time to relax and enjoy your hotel. Overnight in the Inle Lake View Resort.
This morning you will be transferred to Nyaung Shwe jetty by private boat followed by a scenic drive onwards to Heho Airport for your flight to Yangon. On arrival in Yangon you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
The afternoon will be spent shopping at Bogyok Aung San (Scott) Market, which is the city’s busiest and liveliest bazaar. This will then be followed by more explorations of Yangon which will include Botataung Pagoda, China town and the fruit market. Overnight in Sedona Hotel Yangon.

DAY 10 - Yangon (Breakfast)
This morning you will visit the Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha and Karaweik Royal Barge (a royal floating barge on the Kandawgyi Royal Lake, for great photographic opportunities).
You will then be transferred to Yangon Airport for your departure flight.
